Prepare Design Packages for In-house modifications and MOCs and carry out all the supporting design calculations.</li><li>Make frequent plant visits and discuss operational issues with respective OME teams with purpose of resolving, upgrading, maintaining, and improving the equipment performance as required.</li><li>Participate and contribute in troubleshooting meetings to attend the equipment failures, system failures and other process abnormalities. Discuss abnormalities with technicians, engineers and reliability engineers and operations shift.</li><li>Conduct research on equipment’s, processes and systems to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and abnormalities. Regularly evaluate work, processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Conduct investigation on equipment failures, system failures and identify the root causes and provide sound recommendations to prevent future failure or incidents. Participate in Root Cause Analysis on plant assets malfunction and provide feedback to seniors on the findings.</li><li>Regularly update the knowledge of industry best practices, document lessons learned. identify emerging technologies, regularly read industry publications and participate in professional development activities.</li><li>Participate in various Plant Acceptance Tests and validate modifications or addition of equipment’s and systems.
