Ensure PCE equipment is maintained according to OEM requirements, company procedures, and client specifications. Conduct and support SM2/SM3 inspections, pressure testing, function testing, and certification of PCE equipment. Review equipment condition, identify potential failures, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure PCE equipment is properly prepared and certified before mobilization to the field. Support troubleshooting of PCE-related failures during field operations when required. Identify critical PCE spare parts, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure spare parts availability to support equipment reliability and operational readiness. Review spare parts requirements based on equipment condition, maintenance history, OEM recommendations, and upcoming operational requirements. Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, suppliers, and Maintenance teams to ensure critical spare parts are available on time and avoid operational delays or NPT. Maintain and regularly review the PCE critical spare parts list, including lead times, minimum/maximum stock levels, and obsolete or hard-to-source components. Verify that all inspection and maintenance activities are properly documented in the CMMS. Review inspection reports, test certificates, maintenance records, and equipment history to ensure full traceability. Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and HSE teams to maintain high equipment reliability and operational readiness. Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and client requirements, including proper tagging, certification, and identification of equipment. Provide technical guidance and coaching to mechanics and technicians working with PCE. Participate in failure investigations and root cause analysis related to PCE equipment. Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, reduce NPT, and optimize maintenance and spare parts practices. Maintain awareness of applicable industry standards and best practices related to pressure control equipment.<br>Qualifications Diploma / Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Pressure Control Equipment (PCE), preferably supporting Slickline / Well Intervention operations. Proven hands-on experience with inspection, maintenance, repair, pressure testing and certification of Slickline PCE. NDT Level II certification (PT/MT and/or UT as applicable). API Spec Q1 training / awareness; Internal Auditor certification would be an advantage. Good knowledge of applicable API standards, OEM requirements and pressure control equipment maintenance practices. IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control certification is highly desirable. OEM training/certification on Slickline PCE would be an advantage. Experience with SM2/SM3 inspection and certification requirements. Previous experience in Oil & Gas service companies / well intervention environments preferred. Valid HSE certifications such as H2S, First Aid, BOSIET/FOET or equivalent, where required by the operating environment.<br>Technical & Functional Skills Strong technical knowledge of Slickline Pressure Control Equipment, including lubricators, BOPs, stuffing boxes, tool traps, quick-test subs, wellhead connections and associated pressure-control components. Strong capability in PCE inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and pressure/function testing. Ability to interpret OEM manuals, drawings, maintenance procedures, inspection criteria and test certificates. Knowledge of equipment certification, tagging and traceability requirements. Strong understanding of failure mechanisms, equipment integrity and preventive/predictive maintenance. Experience conducting failure investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Good understanding of critical spare parts management, including min/max levels, lead times, reorder requirements and obsolete components. Ability to assess spare requirements based on equipment condition, maintenance history and operational forecast. Experience using CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo or equivalent. Good knowledge of inventory and maintenance planning. Strong awareness of QHSE requirements, pressure-testing safety and operational risk controls. Ability to coordinate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Stores and HSE. Strong reporting and documentation skills, with particular attention to equipment history and certification records. Ability to coach and technically guide mechanics and technicians. Strong problem-solving skills with focus on equipment reliability, operational readiness and NPT reduction.

<p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE </p><br><p>Overall responsible for Electrical works for CRPO Projects. Also ensures that all assigned projects work is executed safely, on time, and within budget in accordance with the contract and IMI's Management System. </p><br><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><br><p>• Full knowledge, understanding and endorsement of all IMI HSES policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and certification requirements. </p><br><p> • Installation of Electrical Equipment such as Switch board, Distribution Panels, Motors, Generators, Navigation, System, Communication System, Fire Detection System, circuit Breakers and transformers. </p><br><p> • Installation of Power and control Cables, termination, Cable tray ladders, Cable glanding, Cable dressing & Cable continuity checking. </p><br><p> • Installation of MCC, Multi cable transit (MCT) & Junction Boxes. </p><br><p> • Installs conduit to bulkheads with brackets and screws, using hand tools, and threads wires through conduit to terminals, for example connection boxes, circuit breakers, voltage regulators, and switch panels. </p><br><p> • Strips insulation from wire ends and solders ends to terminals, using stripping pliers and soldering iron. ACWA Operations:At Acwa Operations, we make essential services dependable and efficient for the millions of people who rely on them every day. Formerly NOMAC (The First National Operations & Maintenance Company), we are the operations and maintenance arm of Acwa, focused on keeping power generation and water desalination assets running safely, reliably and cost-effectively across their full lifecycle. Since 2005, we have partnered with clients across the Middle East, Africa and Asia to support complex infrastructure that powers communities and sustains economies.<br>The Bisha Solar PV Project is a significant renewable energy initiative in Saudi Arabia, focusing on the development of a 3,000 MW solar PV plant in Bisha, Asir Province, Saudi Arabi. This project is part of a broader national wave of gigawatt-scale solar procurement and buildout, with fast capacity additions and large power purchase agreements (PPAs) being key factors in its credibility. The project is developed under the IPP model with a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with SPPC as the offtaker, and financial close was achieved in October 2025, with completion scheduled for December 2027.<br><br>JOB PURPOSE: To supervise and manage the electrical maintenance activities in the plant, including all preventive and corrective maintenance, planned outages and overhauling work activities for all electrical equipment in accordance with overall maintenance plans, HSE guidelines and quality standards to ensure plant availability and equipment reliability.<br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:People Management:Supervise the activities and work of the team members to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems. Maintenance Management:Monitor the Electrical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling work activities to ensure continuity and reliability of plant electrical equipment. Manage the timely response to all emergency breakdowns and provide prompt corrective action to ensure plant availability, thereby minimising downtime and possibility of liquidity damages. Develop and promote a condition based preventive maintenance culture on day to day basis by conducting troubleshooting and root cause analyses, finding solutions to reduce reactive maintenance. Troubleshooting and Technical Guidance:Troubleshoot critical problems/breakdowns of Electrical equipment and investigate, diagnose faults to determine best proper action/repairs while ensuring they comply with NOMAC’s quality and HSE standards. Review and analyse electrical equipment maintenance data and conduct site engineering studies to determine the feasibility of introducing modifications to increase reliability and efficiency of plant, thereby ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence. Prepare feasibility studies for new installations, replacements or repair of existing electrical equipment including technical evaluation, specifications and materials for modifications in addition to process diagrams and cost estimates and ensure proper follow up reports and evaluation on completed modifications. Outage Management:Participate in the effective forecasting of manpower and material requirements to ensure timely availability of resources and spares for effective execution of Electrical maintenance plans. Coordinate the planning and execution of the annual outage maintenance of critical electrical equipment, as per the recommendation of the OEM and defined best practices, and provide technical support to ensure the EHS, scope, cost, and timeline objectives are met Documentation:Ensure that all maintenance documentation for the electrical activities are completed in SAP correctly including the Maintenance Log, outlining the fault, method of repair and the time, labour and materials used to support timely availability of information. Health, Safety, Security & Environment:Ensure strict adherence to all relevant HSSE and permit to work system, instructions and controls and procedures are complied with so that the safety of employees and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. Together with HSE department, ensure that safety rules and regulations are fully explained to plant employees / contractor staff and appropriate safety and protective equipment is worn; safety notices are prominently displayed in all work areas and that all accidents and incidents are efficiently investigated and analysed whilst ensuring that measures are implemented to avoid any recurrence. Material Management:Lead the preparation of monthly / annual requirements for equipment, spare parts and general materials for the electrical unit within the plant to support timely availability of requirements as per maintenance plans and budget constraints. Conduct technical evaluations, in collaboration with the procurement department to identify and provide recommendations on the most appropriate materials / equipment for the plant, in a timely and efficient manner. Networking:Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal departments and external contractors with highest standards of business ethics, whilst promptly attending to all critical technical issues in-order to ensure the services required by the organisation are delivered in the most effective manner. Liaise with EPC / OEM contractors for clarification, analysis and technical guidance in order to ensure clarity of communications/accurate fulfilment of operational requirements. SAP Administration:Supervise the effective administration of SAP processes within the Electrical maintenance section and adhere to SAP guidelines in all related aspects of annual and monthly planning, scheduling, data management such as breakdowns review, corrective maintenance notification, creating maintenance work orders and planning in order to ensure data/system integrity in line with NOMAC’s defined standards. Continuous Improvement:Contribute in the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the organisation’s standards. Policies, Processes, Systems & Procedures:Develop and ensure the implementation of Operation’s department work instructions, policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner. Assist with calculating key performance indicators, efficiency and heat-rate metrics, and other performance benchmarks relevant to the assigned facility. Support model installation, configuration, and integration with client data and reporting systems. Testing, Commissioning & Documentation Support Factory/Site Acceptance Testing, integrated performance testing, and model/system acceptance testing, including associated documentation. Maintain technical issue logs and contribute to regular project status reporting to Project Managers and Technical Leads. Knowledge Transfer & Client Interface Participate in knowledge transfer sessions delivered to client personnel. Build and maintain effective working relationships with client site teams as the primary on-site AIGC point of contact for day-to-day technical coordination. Resident Engineering & Development Track Act as AIGC's on-site/resident presence at assigned client facilities, under the supervision of the AIGC Technical Lead and Project Manager. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering, or Mechanical/Power & Energy Engineering with strong thermodynamics coursework.0–5 years' experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply). Saudi National, based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, with willingness to travel and reside at client facility sites across KSA for extended assignments.
