<p>Purpose Define the responsibilities, authority, and accountability of the Site Manager for successful execution of Data Center projects from installation through integrated systems testing, operational readiness, handover, and warranty support. Scope Covers all site activities related to Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, Security, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Controls, Commissioning, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and
