The Primary Electrical Design Engineer must have electrical relevant degree from recognized university and must have thorough knowledge and work experience of primary electrical engineering work in132k V/230k V or higher voltage booster station or substation. Coordination/review of preliminary/final design documents, proposals and vendor submittals and making Financial and technical evaluation. Coordinates with Mechanical, Civil and Electrical Engineers Provides site specific solutions to matters arising during construction.<br>Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.8-10 years’ experience as High Voltage Electrical Engineer or similar role. Production Engineer – Manufacturing / Steel Fabrication Location: Saudi Arabia Industry: Manufacturing / Steel Fabrication<br>We are supporting a well-established manufacturing and fabrication business in Saudi Arabia with the appointment of an experienced Production Engineer. This role will be responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring fabrication work is delivered safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards, and within allocated budgets. The successful candidate will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams including Quality, Design, Project Management and Procurement.<br>Key Responsibilities Supervise production and fabrication activities to ensure output meets quality, cost and programme requirements. Control material wastage, man-hours and consumable usage against budget. Allocate manpower, machinery and other production resources effectively. Set daily production targets and monitor progress against the fabrication schedule. Coordinate with Quality Control, Design, Project Management and Procurement teams to resolve production issues. Review work orders, technical documentation and drawings before allocating work to supervisors. Ensure accurate production records, reports and documentation are maintained. Monitor attendance and timesheets for production teams. Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures. Support continuous improvement across production activities. Requirements BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in Process or Static Equipment Fabrication. Commissioning Planning & Execution </p><br><p>• Develop detailed commissioning procedures, test packs, checklists, and execution plans for all mechanical and marine systems. </p><br><p>• Review offshore rig mechanical designs, P&IDs, general arrangements (GA), system boundaries, and vendor documentation. </p><br><p>• Lead MC and commissioning phases from pre-commissioning through functional testing and final acceptance. </p><br><p>• Organize and execute FAT, HAT, and SAT for mechanical and drilling equipment. </p><br><p>• Ensure all activities comply with class certification and regulatory requirements (ABS/DNV/SOLAS/API). </p><br><p>2. Offshore Mechanical Systems Commissioning Lead commissioning for the following jack-up rig systems: A. Drilling Package </p><br><p>• Commission and verify operation of drilling equipment including Drawworks, top drive, rotary table, drives. Derrick. </p><br><p>• Execute testing and commissioning of Mud pumps, mud mixing, and mud handling systems. </p><br><p>• Oversee commissioning of solids control equipment including Shale shakers, mud-gas separator, degasser, centrifuges. </p><br><p>• Validate installation and functionality of BOP handling & well-control mechanical equipment. </p><br><p>• Test and certify Choke & kill manifold mechanical components. B. Marine & Jacking Systems </p><br><p>• Lead commissioning of Jacking units, rack-and-pinion systems, lubrication, and brake systems. </p><br><p>• Supervise commissioning of Leg handling, preload, and skidding systems. </p><br><p> • Commission Ballast, bilge, and seawater cooling systems. </p><br><p> • Verify operation of Fire main, sprinkler pumps, and deluge mechanical systems. </p><br><p> • Oversee commissioning of HVAC mechanical components. (AHUs, chillers, fans, dampers)</p><br><p>C. Power & Utility Systems </p><br><p> • Commission Diesel engines, generators, and mechanical auxiliaries. </p><br><p> • Execute commissioning of Air compressors, dryers, and pneumatic systems. </p><br><p> • Validate performance of Fuel oil, lube oil, cooling water, and freshwater systems. </p><br><p> • Lead testing and commissioning of Cranes, winches, and deck machinery. </p><br><p> • Verify mechanical integrity of emergency and safety systems 3. Interface Management & Coordination </p><br><p> • Act as the key interface between construction, engineering, electrical, instrumentation, marine, and drilling disciplines. </p><br><p> • Coordinate activities with OEM vendor representatives during installation, testing, and troubleshooting. </p><br><p> • Participate in commissioning meetings, progress reporting, and HSE briefings.</p><br><p> • Support integration testing between marine, drilling, and jacking systems. </p><br><p> 4. Safety, Regulatory & Class Compliance </p><br><p> • Implement offshore safety standards (PTW, JSA, SIMOPS, LOTO). </p><br><p> • Ensure all commissioning activities follow class rules (ABS, DNV) and international standards (API, IMO, SOLAS). </p><br><p> • Lead punch list creation, categorization, and closure for mechanical systems. </p><br><p> • Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, and system readiness reviews. Ensure documentation aligns with project turnover requirements and offshore audit expectations. </p><br><p> 5. Troubleshooting & Technical Support </p><br><p> • Resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and rotating equipment issues during commissioning. </p><br><p> • Identify design or installation deviations and propose corrective actions. </p><br><p> • Support performance testing and initial rig startup offshore or at shipyard. </p><br><p> • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and commissioning technicians. </p><br><p> 6. Handover & Completion </p><br><p> • Ensure all MC and commissioning documentation is complete and accurate. </p><br><p>• Prepare turnover dossiers for mechanical systems (ITRs, test reports, redlines). </p><br><p>• Support final acceptance tests and assist the rig crew during start-up and first well operations. </p><br><p>• Deliver a fully commissioned jack-up rig ready for offshore deployment.</p><br>

Associated supply, installation, and system-upgrade solutions.<br>Key responsibilities Identify new projects, facility expansions, refurbishment works, and HVAC replacement opportunities within the private sector. Conduct regular visits to industrial cities, warehouses, factories, construction sites, and prospective clients throughout Saudi Arabia. Build relationships with facility owners, developers, industrial operators, consultants, main contractors, and MEP contractors. Engage clients early to understand their requirements, project budgets, procurement schedules, and decision-making processes. Obtain drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and bills of quantities needed to prepare suitable offers. Coordinate with MAVEX’s technical team and suppliers to develop proposals that meet project requirements. Present solutions, explain technical and commercial advantages, negotiate terms within approved limits, and follow up through to purchase order or contract award. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, including opportunity values, project stages, expected closing dates, and next actions. Achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets while supporting payment follow-up and a clear handover to the execution team. Report market feedback, competitor activity, and opportunities to expand MAVEX’s business.<br>Candidate requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Proven experience in HVAC project sales in Saudi Arabia, preferably involving industrial facilities, warehouses, or logistics developments. Working technical knowledge of ducting, chillers, packaged units, ventilation, and HVAC controls. Ability to read HVAC drawings, equipment schedules, specifications, and bills of quantities. An actual demonstrated sales track record to showcase the ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. A valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across the Kingdom. Good command of English; Arabic communication skills are an advantage. Proficiency in preparing commercial offers and maintaining sales records using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.<br>An established network within Saudi Arabia’s industrial, warehousing, construction, or MEP sectors will be a strong advantage. Experience selling fabric ducting or complete HVAC solutions is particularly relevant. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is comfortable approaching new clients, and can combine technical understanding with the persistence needed to win business.
<p>Testing and Commissioning experience for Transmission Substation (110 Kv and above.</p><p>Issue the commissioning planning with requested resources.</p><p>Review the design, give solution and coordinate with commissioning supervisor.</p><p>Perform Test procedures.</p><p>Prepare and implement Test sheets with the approved of the client and consultant.</p><p>Attend the factory acceptance test of equipment if required.</p><p>Prepare the day to day planning activity and manage the different testing team.</p><p>Test CT, VT, CB, Auxiliary Transformers, Disconnectors, Earthing switches.</p><p>Test all Metering Devices.</p><p>Test station earthing system.</p><p>Test Fault Recorders.</p><p>Test all control, protection and local control panels and the interfaces between them.</p><p>Test synchronizing devices.</p><p>Test HV Transformers mechanical protections.</p><p>Test Transformers over load tap changer.</p><p>Test Ac/ DC systems (AC & DC panels, battery chargers, UPS & Battery charging and discharging).</p><p>Test the Interface between the station and DCS.</p><p>Test different protection devices, Testing & Commissioning of Protection Relays (Numerical and Electrostatic Relays) ABB, Alstom, Schneider, Electric, Siemens.</p><p>Perform the energizing according to procedure and safety.</p><p>Coordinate and report to site commissioning supervisor.</p><p>Finish the punch list after station energize.</p><p>Give training to client if required on devices.</p><p>Record the modification and issue as built drawing.</p><p>Relative experience with control and protection equipments.</p>
