<p>Job Description</p><p>We are looking for an Electrical Engineer (Site / Technical Office) at Banyan Structural Contracting Company, responsible for supervising the execution of electrical works at the site and managing technical and engineering works at the technical office, ensuring that the works conform to the drawings and technical specifications and meet quality requirements and project schedule.</p><p>Main tasks and responsibilities</p><p>• Supervise the execution of all electrical works at the site according to the approved drawings and technical specifications.</p><p>• Review the execution drawings (Shop Drawings) and design drawings and ensure their conformity with project requirements.</p><p>• Prepare and review execution drawings in coordination with the consultant and other disciplines (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical).</p><p>• Prepare and approve technical submittals and review catalogs and technical specifications.</p><p>• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and quantity take-off for electrical works.</p><p>• Prepare material requisitions and coordinate with the procurement department to provide approved materials.</p><p>• Review and approve subcontractor requests and certificates related to electrical works.</p><p>• Coordinate with site teams and the consultant to resolve technical clashes and issue appropriate engineering solutions.</p><p>• Prepare and approve inspection requests (RFI / MIR) and follow up on approval procedures until final handover.</p><p>• Monitor the execution of electrical works according to the project schedule and submit periodic progress reports.</p><p>• Prepare final drawings (As-Built Drawings) and final handover documents.</p><p>• Participate in commissioning tests and ensure system readiness before handover.</p><p>• Review and approve Low Current Systems and fire alarm systems, power and lighting networks, and distribution boards.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with Saudi and international codes and standards such as SBC, SEC, IEC, NFPA and project requirements.</p><p>• Monitor quality of implementation and apply occupational safety and health standards in all electrical works.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>• Prepare periodic technical reports and raise notes and recommendations to management and contribute to improving performance and reducing costs without compromising quality of implementation.</p>

<p>Main responsibilities and tasks:</p><p>Develop the baseline schedule:</p><p>• Develop and create the comprehensive project baseline schedule using Primavera P6 / MS Project. Ensure the schedule is fully loaded with costs and resources by integrating the cost distribution of quantities (BOQ) and allocating the required workforce and machinery in line with the project duration and objectives.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Progress monitoring and tracking:</p><p>• Regularly update project schedules to track actual progress against the planned baseline. Monitor the Critical Path and identify any deviations or potential risks affecting the project timeline.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Reports:</p><p>• Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly progress reports (dashboard / S-curves) for management and stakeholders, highlighting project status, key achievements, and critical issues.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Delay analysis and claims:</p><p>• Lead the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis. Use approved methodologies such as Time Impact Analysis, Impacts As-Planned analysis, and Window Analysis to support claims, including calculating prolongation costs.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>• Recovery schedule and baseline re-baselining:</p><p>• Prepare and present recovery schedules and the modified baseline schedule to reflect changes in project scope, address delays, and bring the project back on track.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Procurement coordination:</p><p>• Work closely with procurement and engineering teams to track material delivery status, with particular attention to Long Lead Items to ensure they do not affect the construction sequencing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>• Planning corrective actions:</p><p>• Analyze root causes of potential delays, propose effective corrective actions, and provide recommendations to prevent future issues for the project management team.</p>
