<p>The Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) owns the quota on a territory and is responsible for driving associated pipeline and revenue (including post sales success revenue) through partners. The TEM is responsible for managing the sales cycle with multiple resellers in the Partner-Driven engagement motion. The TEM coordinates all activities with the partners to ensure successful closing of opportunities. This is done mainly via coaching of the partners' sales teams. You will work with Alkymi’s AI and LLM-based platform and solve unstructured data challenges for our customers.<br>This role is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, high-potential AI startup.<br><br>Your Day to Day:Be responsible for the delivery of Alkymi Data Inbox for our customers Elicit technical requirements effectively with enterprise customers across multi-functional teams Work with stakeholders across the company to become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Alkymi’s products Architect technical data solutions around Alkymi’s data platform and produce assets to drive the implementation process forward - Data modeling and schema design will be an integral part of this role Lead enterprise customers through an end-to-end deployment lifecycle including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, go-live, and day 2 planning Identify and resolve strategic issues and potential blockers - as well as the answers to overcoming them Operate with significant autonomy and self-reliance to deliver results to our customers<br><br>Qualifications:3-5+ years of experience in a Service Delivery, Customer Success, Product, Consulting, Project Management, or other customer-facing Professional Services role in software or related industries Knowledge of software product development, APIs, database technologies, operations platforms and data analysis tools.
