<p>Position Summary The Senior Construction Manager acts as the PMC's lead representative for construction delivery, providing strategic oversight and assurance for major tunnelling and underground infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and managing Cost Plus, Re-measurable, EPC/Design & Build contractors to ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project objectives, contractual requirements, quality standards, and regulatory obligations. The position requires industry-leading experience in the delivery of large, technically challenging tunnelling projects, including TBM, NATM/SEM, deep shafts, caverns, underground premium facilities,
