This full-time role involves close collaboration with the Technical Lead and development team to advance containerized workloads to production-ready Kubernetes, manage deployments across hybrid environments, and ensure reliable and secure releases for multiple customer engagements.</p> <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul style="margin:0 0 12px; padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for products and concurrent customer projects.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Lead the transition of containerized workloads to production-ready Kubernetes, including cluster design, deployment strategy, and rollout.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Manage and automate deployments across mixed environments, including customer on-premise data centers and cloud platforms, based on engagement requirements.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning, configuration, and environment management.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Oversee secrets management and encryption-at-rest practices, ensuring alignment with customer security requirements. Support security and architecture review meetings with documentation and evidence.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and application performance monitoring (APM) across all environments.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Collaborate with the Technical Lead and development team to align infrastructure decisions with system architecture and integration needs.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Troubleshoot production issues across on-premise and cloud deployments and participate in incident response.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Document deployment architecture, runbooks, and operational procedures.</li> </ul> <h3 style="font-size:18px; font-weight:700; margin:16px 0 8px;">Required Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul style="margin:0 0 12px; padding-inline-start:24px; list-style-type:disc; list-style-position:outside;"> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Proven ability to work effectively in a remote/distributed environment.</li> <li style="margin:0 0 6px;">Experience deploying and operating systems in customer-hosted, on-premise environments, as well as with at least one major cloud provider.
