<p>Position Title: Shift Charge Engineer Reports to: Operation Manager Location: Al Madinnah Al Manwarah, Sidra JOB PURPOSE: To oversee and manage the operational activities during the shift, monitor operational performance and provide technical support to ensure efficiency, productivity and safety of NOMAC s plant, whilst achieving the shift production targets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description People Management Supervise the activities and work of the team members during the shift to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems. Operations Management Monitor plant performance and provide operations engineering support dealing with all process / operational related matters and activities during the shift to ensure optimal plant operations in a timely manner. Oversee the day-to-day activities of shift staff and manage all plant operating activities ensuring they are executed in a safe and efficient manner so that the operational area meets required targets. Review all current work instructions, SOPs, processes and procedures and recommend necessary changes to the Operations Manager, ensuring process efficiency and optimization of resources. Monitor operational performance and make quick decisions to correct abnormalities or disturbances, taking corrective actions during a state of emergency. <p >Shanahan Engineering is seeking a <strong >Commissioning Mechanical Specialist (Rotating equipment)</strong> for a large refinery commissioning project. This is a contract position located in Al Jubail, Eastern region, Saudi Arabia, requiring over 10 years of experience.</p>
<h3 >Role Purpose</h3>
<p >The primary function of the Commissioning Rotating Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for rotating disciplines are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology. This role emphasizes safety and adherence to the planned schedule for the project.</p>

QC Inspector: -<br>A Quality Control (QC) Inspector is responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with industry standards, project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements. Their main goal is to identify defects, prevent non-conformance, and maintain high-quality standards.<br>Inspect, monitor, and verify quality at every stage to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance. Quality Assurance Enforcement: Ensure that all project activities adhere to specified quality standards. Check materials, welding, piping, instrumentation, and construction work for compliance with design specifications. Raised and resolve any quality issues Maintain the preservation records. Maintain detailed inspection records and report deviations. Ensure that all activities comply with local Saudi Aramco standards and international standards, such as API, ASTM, ASME, and ISO or any other applicable standards. Perform or witness tests (hydrostatic, pneumatic, radiographic, etc.). Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). Attend department Audit internal or external. Witness PM execution minimum of 30% of planned activities Identify potential quality issues before they escalate into major problems. Conduct routine inspections of on-site construction and installation activities. Review the task list for any change and proposed to Maintenance Engineer for approval. Monitor contractors’ work for adherence to quality standards. Verify material certificates and ensure compliance with project specs. Inspect incoming equipment, pipes, valves, components, tools, spares. Inspect welding, piping fabrication, and structural work for defects. Maintain the WPS or welder performance records. Ensure proper welding procedures, techniques, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). Ensure inspection activities follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
