RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor (or equivalent qualification). Certified Paddle Sports or SUP Instructor. Minimum RYA Powerboat Level 2 certification. Proven team leadership experience within a watersports or hospitality setting. Demonstrated passion for watersports, guest experience, and environmental stewardship. Experience in designing and leading youth and adult watersports programs. Strong ability to develop and implement operational procedures and training guidelines.<br>Essential Skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Fluent in English; additional language skills, preferably Arabic, are a strong asset. High level of professionalism, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
