Responsibilities:Provide on-site Level 2 deskside support for end users, including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and professional manner Perform IMACD activities (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install) for end-user devices Support OS installation, reimaging, encryption, driver installation, and application deployment Handle incident and service request tickets via the ITSM/ticketing system and provide regular status updates to users Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 teams or specialized support groups when required Support user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access readiness Maintain and contribute to the knowledge base, documenting recurring issues, workarounds, and solutions Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty cases Ensure compliance with SLA, security, and IT policies during support delivery Technical Skill:Strong knowledge of: Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Office productivity tools, Desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals Hands-on experience with: Device imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM / endpoint tools) and Active Directory basics (join domain, user/group support) Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processes Good troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work independently in an on-site support environment WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
