The Operations Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the operation of all facility systems and coordinating maintenance-related activities at the Primary Nursery Facility in NEOM. The role will also oversee the delivery of support services, including Janitorial, Horticulture, Pest Control, Waste Management, and Office Services. Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints, high-priority tickets, and recurring operational issues while monitoring service delivery against KPIs.<br><br>Requirements<br><br><br>Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in Facility Management, Facility Operations, or a similar role.
