You will lead the field execution team, manage interfaces between engineering, construction, and operations, and ensure that all plant systems are safely commissioned, tested, and fully functional in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><strong>Leadership &amp; Strategy:</strong> Provide technical and operational leadership for the site commissioning team. Develop and implement the Commissioning Execution Plan, including scheduling, resource mobilization, and budget management.</li><li><strong>Technical Oversight:</strong> Lead the end-to-end commissioning of SMR units, including the reformer furnace, shift converters, PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) purification systems, compressors, steam systems, and balance-of-plant (BOP) utilities.</li><li><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance:</strong> Enforce rigorous safety protocols (Permit-to-Work, LOTO, HAZOP/HAZID compliance) throughout the construction, commissioning, and startup phases. <h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <p><b><u>Purpose</u></b></p><p>The HYCO Field Operator is accountable for the day-to-day Field Operation of Steam Methane Reformer Hydrogen Plant with Hydrodesulfurization section, Steam Methane Reformer, Shift Convertors, CO2 Removal and CO2 Compression, Methanator, PSA with Tail Gas Compression, Membrane Unit facility and related utilities for the company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia at customer refinery site. </p><p><br></p><p><b><u>Nature &amp; Scope</u></b></p><p>The HYCO Field Operator, reporting to the DCS Operator &amp; Shift Supervisor, is accountable for the day-to-day Field Operation of HYCO facility, ensuring the production requirements set by the customer are achieved. The Field Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant round-the-clock operation of the hydrogen production plant and all associated units. The Role We are looking for a Senior Software Tester to take ownership of quality across our healthcare platforms. You will plan and execute testing across web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and national-level integrations — combining strong manual testing fundamentals with the automation and performance testing skills needed to scale quality as the team grows.<br>This is a senior, hands-on role.
