<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Perform daily operational tasks associated with the Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), including furnace preparation, handling of consumables, sampling, slag removal, and supporting melting and tapping operations. Follow safe work practices and comply with IMS (QMS, EMS, and OHSAS) standards to ensure production efficiency, equipment reliability, and product quality while maintaining a safe working environment.<br>Operators perform routine operational tasks in accordance with established procedures and safety standards for assigned equipment (Ladle Bay, EAF, FTP, Additive Feeding, LF). They are responsible for monitoring parameters, performing standard adjustments, and maintaining accurate records of operations. Any abnormal condition, deviation, or safety issue must be immediately reported to the supervisor. About the Job<br>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility to oversee the comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of our Science Park, including a multi-tenant building within the park. The Facility will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of all infrastructure, services, and facilities, promoting a safe and productive environment for all tenants and stakeholders. You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with various departments, external contractors, and key partners like KFUPM.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop, update, and implement facility management policies and procedures to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of the Science Park and its multi-tenant building. Oversee all aspects of O&M for the Science Park's infrastructure, including but not limited to:Janitorial services: Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met across all common areas, offices, and facilities. Landscape maintenance: Managing the upkeep of green spaces, irrigation systems, and outdoor aesthetics.
