Job Title: Asphalt Plant Electrical Engineer Department/Section: Asphalt Production Location: Qiddiya Direct Manager: Asphalt Plant Maintenance Manager Availability : Immediately ( Required )<br>Job Purpose:The Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control systems associated with the asphalt plant and its supporting facilities. Maintain all plant electrical assets, including motors, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, generators, lighting, and distribution systems. Oversee electrical maintenance of all plant premises, including offices, workshops, warehouses, security cabins, utilities, and external lighting. Maintain and calibrate field instruments, sensors, load cells, temperature, pressure, and weighing systems. Execute planned shutdown maintenance, equipment installation, commissioning, and electrical modification projects. Monitor power consumption, power factor, electrical load distribution, and recommend energy saving initiatives. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO procedures, statutory regulations, and company HSE policies. Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history, calibration records, and technical documentation. Manage electrical spare parts inventory, recommend stock levels, and support procurement activities. Support the installation, testing, commissioning, and successful start-up of new asphalt plant equipment, electrical systems, and automation controls, when required. Supervise electrical technicians and contractors, ensuring work quality, safety, and timely completion. Conduct root cause analysis of electrical failures and implements corrective and preventive actions. Support production teams by ensuring high equipment reliability and continuous plant operation.
