About the Role
<p>We are looking for experienced <strong>Civil Foremen</strong> to join a prestigious <strong>high-rise tower construction project</strong> in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supervising civil construction activities, leading site teams, and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.</p><br>
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Supervise daily civil construction activities and site operations.</li><li>Lead and coordinate civil crews, subcontractors, and labor teams.</li><li>Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.</li><li>Monitor workforce productivity and optimize daily site activities.</li><li>Coordinate with Civil Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Surveyors, and Safety Officers.</li><li>Arrange inspections and ensure completed works are ready for consultant approval.</li><li>Monitor the availability and proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety throughout project execution.</li><li>Prepare daily progress reports and communicate site updates to the Civil Engineer.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and HSE regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications
<ul><li>Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil Engineering or Civil Construction.</li><li>Additional technical certifications will be an advantage.</li></ul>
Experience Required
<ul><li>Minimum <strong>10 years</strong> of experience supervising civil construction works.</li><li><strong>Mandatory experience in high-rise building or tower construction projects.</strong></li><li>Experience with main contractors on large commercial or residential developments.</li><li>Gulf experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred.</li></ul>
