الدعم الفني وأنظمة CRM<br>CRM & Technical Support Team Leader<br>???? الموقع: الرياض – المملكة العربية السعودية???? نوع العمل: دوام كامل<br>نبحث عن قائد فريق دعم فني وأنظمة CRM للانضمام إلى فريقنا، يكون مسؤولًا عن قيادة فريق الدعم وخدمة العملاء، وإدارة عمليات الدعم من خلال نظام الـCRM، والتنسيق المباشر مع فريق البرمجة والتطوير لضمان سرعة حل المشاكل وتحسين تجربة العملاء.<br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br>* قيادة وإدارة فريق الدعم الفني وخدمة العملاء.* توزيع المهام والتذاكر على أعضاء الفريق ومتابعة إنجازها.* وضع ومتابعة مؤشرات الأداء KPIs وSLA الخاصة بفريق الدعم.* متابعة التذاكر والمشاكل والتأكد من إغلاقها ضمن الوقت المحدد.* التعامل مع المشاكل الفنية المعقدة وتصعيدها لفريق البرمجة عند الحاجة.* التنسيق بين فريق الدعم والعملاء وفريق التطوير.* تحليل المشاكل المتكررة وتحديد أسبابها واقتراح الحلول.* تدريب أعضاء الفريق ورفع مستوى أدائهم بشكل مستمر.* إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء الفريق وحجم التذاكر وأوقات الاستجابة والحل.* الإشراف على استخدام نظام الـCRM والتأكد من تسجيل وتوثيق جميع طلبات العملاء.* اختبار التحديثات والخصائص الجديدة المتعلقة بالنظام قبل إطلاقها.* تطوير إجراءات وسياسات الدعم الفني وخدمة العملاء.* بناء قاعدة معرفة للحلول والمشاكل المتكررة.* المساهمة في تطوير تجربة العميل وتحسين جودة الخدمة.<br>المتطلبات الأساسية<br>* خبرة 3–5 سنوات في الدعم الفني أو دعم الأنظمة أو Saa S / CRM.* خبرة فعلية في قيادة فريق دعم فني أو خدمة عملاء.* القدرة على إدارة فريق وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة الأداء.* خبرة في استخدام أنظمة CRM وTicketing / Helpdesk.* فهم جيد لتشخيص المشاكل التقنية والتعامل مع الـBugs.* القدرة على التواصل والتنسيق مع فرق البرمجة والتطوير.* مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء وحل المشاكل.* إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.* قدرة عالية على التنظيم والمتابعة والعمل تحت الضغط.<br>ستكون ميزة قوية إذا كان لديه خبرة في:<br>* API / REST API* Webhooks* JSON* SQL* Postman* قراءة وتحليل Logs* أنظمة Saa S* شركات التقنية أو Fin Tech* التجارة الإلكترونية والمنصات الرقمية<br>نبحث عن شخص بهذه المواصفات<br>نحتاج شخصًا قياديًا وتقنيًا في نفس الوقت، وليس مجرد موظف خدمة عملاء.<br>الشخص المطلوب يجب أن يكون قادرًا على:<br>إدارة الفريق → متابعة التذاكر → فهم المشكلة → محاولة حلها → تصعيدها للمبرمج عند الحاجة → متابعة الحل → التأكد من رضا العميل.<br>ويُفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة سابقة في بناء أو تطوير فريق دعم ووضع آلية واضحة للعمل وقياس الأداء.<br>الراتب<br>يحدد حسب الخبرة والكفاءة.<br>???? مكان العمل: الرياض<br>للتقديم، يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية إلى البريد الإلكتروني:<br>hr@asuscard.sa<br>مع ضرورة كتابة المسمى الوظيفي التالي في عنوان البريد الإلكتروني: <br>CRM & Technical Support Team Leader
