Ensure SOPs, permits, method statements, and maintenance records are available, updated, and compliant. Support permit-to-work compliance, safety inspections, and risk-mitigation activities. Assist with asset verification, documentation review, and readiness activities during mobilization and transition. Prepare reports covering PPM performance, backlogs, incidents, and technical issues. Coordinate with the FMC team, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth service delivery.<br>Systems and Digital Tools Proficiency in CAFM/CMMS platforms such as Maximo, PMS procedures, KPI monitoring tools, reporting dashboards, and document-management systems such as Share Point or EDMS.<br>Required Soft Skills Leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, stakeholder engagement, decision-making, conflict resolution, analytical thinking, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure.<br>Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management. Experience supporting Hard Services operations, contractor performance monitoring, and maintenance tracking within FM environments.
