<p>A well known Real Estate Development Co is looking for Operations Manager (Preferebly Indian/Pakistani) for its new segment as below. </p><p><br></p><p>Job Description: Operations Manager – Facility Management/Property Management Company</p><p>Job Title: Operations Manager</p><p>Department: Operations</p><p>Reports To: General Manager / Operations Director</p><p>______________</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility management services. This role ensures that all hard and soft facility management services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with client requirements, company standards, and contractual obligations. The Operations Manager is responsible for achieving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple client sites.</p><p>______________</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facility management contracts and client sites. </p><p>• Ensure efficient delivery of Hard FM services including HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Civil, and Building Maintenance. </p><p>• Ensure effective delivery of Soft FM services including Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste Management, and Support Services. </p><p>• Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). </p><p>• Plan manpower, equipment, materials, and other operational resources. </p><p>• Supervise Site Managers, Supervisors, Engineers, Technicians, and Support Staff. </p><p>• Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and operational reviews. </p><p>• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies. </p><p>• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs. </p><p>• Review maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. </p><p>• Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and management presentations. </p><p>• Manage operational budgets and control costs to maximize profitability. </p><p>• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. </p><p>• Handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions. </p><p>• Coordinate contract mobilization and demobilization activities. </p><p>• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure contractual compliance. </p><p>• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost reduction. </p><p>• Ensure proper documentation, maintenance records, permits, and statutory compliance. </p><p>• Support business development by providing operational input for new tenders and proposals. </p><p>______________</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. </p><p>• Professional certifications such as IFMA FMP/CFM, IWFM/BIFM, PMP, or NEBOSH are preferred. </p><p>______________</p><p>Experience</p><p>• 7–10 years of experience in Facility Management, Building Maintenance, or Property Operations. </p><p>• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience. </p><p>• Experience managing multiple facilities and large operational teams. </p><p>• Experience in commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use facilities is preferred. </p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
