Pricing Strategy: Collect competitive intelligence on market trends, and collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to develop competitive yet profitable pricing strategies. Bid Preparation & Negotiation: Lead bid preparation efforts in collaboration with OEM partners for handling technical and commercial negotiations to secure business wins. Brand Representation: Act as the company’s representative at local industry events, seminars, and exhibitions, enhancing the brand presence and generating new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia’s energy and infrastructure sectors. Experience:8–12 years of experience in business development, with a strong background in MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, or Capacitor Bank products, preferably within the Saudi Arabian market. In-depth knowledge of local utilities, such as SEC, ARAMCO, SWCC, and other regional entities, as well as an understanding of their specific requirements for MV switchgear and relay panels. Solid experience with Saudi Arabian market dynamics, competitor products, and industry trends, especially in the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Expertise in commercial negotiations, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex business relationships. Hands-on experience with MV Switchgear assembly and relay panel integration is a plus. Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with local and international stakeholders. Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering from a recognized university. Additional certifications in business development, project management, or marketing are desirable. Advanced courses or certifications in MV Switchgear systems, Relay Panel technologies, or energy management would be advantageous. Skills:Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of MV switchgear systems, Relay Panels, and related electrical infrastructure requirements for utilities, industrial, and commercial sectors. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, competitor offerings, and industry regulations.
