We have partnered with a Tier 1 Architectural and Engineering Consulting firm in Riyadh, KSA who are looking to hire an experienced Resident Engineer to lead the successful delivery of high-profile projects.<br>As the Resident Engineer, you will oversee the construction process to ensure design intent is accurately implemented, contractual requirements are met, and projects are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead site supervision, contract administration, and construction management activities. Coordinate with the Design Manager, Project Management team, Client Representatives, and Contractors. Chair site progress meetings and monitor project performance. Review and approve technical submittals, material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, method statements, procedures, as-built drawings, and inspection requests. Monitor contractors' progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budgets, and schedules. Ensure effective administration of contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions.<br>Requirements:B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Job Purpose: -Monitors the fleet, routine and non-routine daily work, provide online troubleshooting and follow up with all departments to keep on time perfomrance and safety of the aircrafts at highest. <br>Key Responsibilities: - Functional: - _Provide On-Line troubleshooting for Reported A/C Defects in and Out of Base. -Trouble shooting on ground and in-flight to continue to destination or divert to alternative one. -Repeated snags follow up and troubleshooting. -Co-ordination with Service Engineering and Manufacturer Representatives on defects, and chronic snags. -Follow up on all the fleet status and to review on daily basis Pilots Reports so as to advise if any technicalaction is necessary. -Follow up the AOG parts and expediting material delivery. -Controlling loan parts.<br>Operational: - _Run fleet MEL reports for awareness of Mel's and plan for rectification. -Monitor technical status of aircraft and systems (Investigate and resolve -Recurring defects with input from support departments. -Coordinates with OCC the flow of aircraft schedules, and to ensure relevant checks (Daily, Weekly A, C checks etc.) is done and routed into maintenance basses.
