<span>Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Project Director Delivery to lead and oversee the delivery of high-profile projects within the Strategic Delivery Unit (SDU).<br> This leadership role requires a seasoned professional to ensure the successful execution and completion of complex projects, aligning with Qiddiya’s strategic goals and objectives.<br> The Senior Director - Project Director Delivery provides executive leadership in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the construction delivery, governance, and operating model for QDC HQ.<br> Ensure delivery processes are developed, standardized, and rolled out across all BUs when required.<br> Provides leadership for assigned HQ special projects accountable for meeting quality, time, budget and HSSE requirements.<br> Key Responsibilities Establish/update delivery and project management framework for all delivery methods (including Self-Delivery, Delivery partner, CM, traditional etc.<br>). Responsibilities Job Overview: Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Mechanical maintenance mechanical corrective, preventive maintenance and any engineering related works in safe, good and cost-effective manner within the given time frames. Responsibilities: The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks by the supervisor. Identify the root causes of major and repeating problems. Respond to all technical problems within the assigned area and making sure proper actions are identified and taken. Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement. Achieve and maintain the Line availability (Technical Efficiency) & Equipment readiness. Supervise contracted labours during maintenance activities and follow safety and company standard. Performs required daily parameters readings, monitoring s and as required by supervisor. Execute and follow the assigned actions related to PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) tool and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan). Support the implementation of Reliability Engineering tools and techniques to achieve Maintenance and Reliability M&R KPI's. Support executing Continuous Improvement CI initiatives and Failure Analysis techniques (e.g. Root Cause Analysis RCA). Attend the Maintenance forum meetings to share Maintenance Performance, Best Practices, Challenges and achievements. Maintain and implement AIB standards. Maintain accurate SAP-PM records and updates for all assigned Work Orders. Adhere to EHS and QFS policies and standards. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved. Qualifications: Knowledge / Skill Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Mechanical safety standards awareness. Maintenance Planning & execution system. Can read and understand plans, diagrams, layouts and schematic drawings (in the field of qualification). Have knowledge in operating and automation systems. Technical knowledge for refrigeration plant cooling system, troubleshooting & M. (For AC technician). Knowledge in any Maintenance Management software (CMMS) is a plus is preferred. Has good command of English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking). Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge. Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge and system basic awareness. Knowledgeable in SAP system Able to do basic electro mechanical works independently. Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications) Qualifications Experience Minimum 2 years industrial experience. Hands-on experience in mechanical equipment maintenance, thermal and hydraulic machines, HVAC systems, rotating and conveying mechanisms, etc. Equipment Troubleshooting hands on experience.
