Fans Pass is Saudi Arabia’s leading secondary ticketing marketplace for sports and entertainment across the MENA region. Live events move fast — and our content should move even faster. We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help make Fans Pass one of the most active and recognisable live-events brands on social media. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who lives on social media, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn football, concerts, entertainment, and trending moments into a constant stream of engaging short-form content. We’re not looking for a traditional videographer or someone focused on highly produced brand films. We’re looking for someone who can spot an idea, find the hook, create the content, edit it quickly, and get it ready to publish — fast. One day, you might create a Reel around a major football rivalry. The next, you might turn a trending sound into a Fans Pass concept, create a video around a concert announcement, edit fan footage from a stadium, explain an upcoming event, or produce multiple short videos from one piece of content. The goal is simple: make Fans Pass show up constantly with content people actually want to watch, share, and act on.
What You’ll DoCreate a high volume of short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, and You Tube Shorts. Turn football matches, concerts, festivals, attractions, and live experiences into timely, engaging social content. Own the content process from idea and hook through to editing and publish-ready output. Create different formats including trend-led videos, voiceovers, explainers, match previews, event guides, memes, POV content, list-style videos, reactions, screen-based content, and promotional Reels. Track social media trends, sounds, memes, conversations, and viral formats — and quickly adapt relevant ones for Fans Pass. Create reactive content around major football moments, player news, rivalries, fixtures, concert announcements, and trending events. Work with existing footage from events, influencers, UGC creators, partners, customers, and the Fans Pass content library to produce multiple pieces of content. Repurpose one idea or asset into multiple videos, hooks, cuts, and platform-specific versions. Write short scripts, hooks, captions, and on-screen text in a style that feels natural to Saudi and Gulf audiences. Edit fast-paced vertical videos with strong pacing, subtitles, sound, overlays, and platform-native storytelling. Create organic social content as well as UGC-style and ad-ready video variations when needed. Work closely with the Social Media Content Strategist to turn the content calendar into consistent daily video output. Collaborate with the Graphic Designer, Performance Marketing Specialist, and influencer team when content requires additional assets or campaign support. Review performance and continuously improve hooks, formats, pacing, topics, and creative approaches based on what audiences respond to.
What We’re Looking For A strong portfolio of Reels, Tik Toks, Shorts, or social-first video content. Strong short-form editing skills using Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools. A natural understanding of what makes people stop scrolling and continue watching. Ability to create content quickly and consistently at high volume. Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and short-form content culture. Good instincts for hooks, pacing, storytelling, sound, captions, and audience retention. Strong awareness of Saudi and Gulf internet culture, trends, humour, and audience behaviour. Strong Arabic communication skills and good English. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly responsive and collaborative. Comfortable working with existing footage, UGC, online trends, social assets, and raw content from different sources. Able to take a rough idea and independently turn it into finished, publish-ready content. Open to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly. Genuinely interested in at least some of the worlds Fans Pass operates in: football, sport, music, concerts, entertainment, and live experiences. Bonus points for strong football knowledge, comfort appearing on camera, experience creating paid social video ads, motion graphics skills, familiarity with AI creative tools, and experience in the Saudi/Gulf sports or entertainment scene.
