You will be responsible for successful project execution and delivery, client interface, and leading the technical quality of all project-related matters. Oversee and lead all design execution for your designated role by managing remote design teams, located Jeddah - Saudi Arabia.<br><br>Provide technical input into design-related material and deliverables within the scope of BHLeading the BIM approach to design development and collaboration Management of issues, risks and project change requests related to design, to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Overseeing RIBA design stages within individual projects, and masterplan developments. Reviewing design submissions for gateway approvals Partaking in value engineering and cost validation exercises Supporting the Project Manager/Director in the overall project deliverables Creating RFPs for design consultants and related activities Writing weekly and monthly reports on the design progress Client liaison on all design matters Develop the best way in which programs or projects are to be structured, directed and managed, including the optimal organisation structure, authority and decision-making roles Define the organisation of the design and delivery process, including the level of client interface and oversight, resources and skills, design cycles, assurance approach, information and communication management and design packaging approach Support the Project Planner in developing the schedule and strategic milestones, analyse key dependencies and test various phasing options. Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process Use processes to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks to project team members Conduct feasibility studies and oversee the selection of consultants and sub-consultants Support the growth and improvement of the PDM processes and procedures<br><br><br>Your Skills And Experience<br><br>A person who demonstrates the experience of working with clients and a broad understanding of the design process. Responsibilities<br>About the team:<br>The Cloud Security team is responsible for the security assurance of Byte Dance enterprise businesses and the underlying cloud platform, covering areas such as security architecture, SDLC, vulnerability management, security incident response, and security compliance. The team aim to ensure the security and stability of the Byte Dance cloud platforms while enabling the success of the cloud business.<br><br>The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is responsible for the overall cybersecurity posture of the organization and for ensuring compliance with applicable cybersecurity laws, regulations, and regulatory frameworks, including the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC) within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).<br><br>The CISO will provide independent executive leadership and oversight across cybersecurity governance, risk management, and security operations. The role requires a pragmatic, business-oriented leader with strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud security, and modern technology environments, capable of ensuring that cybersecurity risks are identified, managed, and reported in alignment with the organization's risk appetite and regulatory expectations.<br><br>You’ll collaborate closely with senior executives.
