Role Summary The Sys Ops Intern - Tamheer will support the Systems Operations team in daily IT operations, user support, asset management, system administration activities, and operational documentation. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to IT infrastructure, service desk operations, endpoint management, access management, and governance-related activities within a professional technology environment. Key Responsibilities Support daily Sys Ops operational activities and assigned IT tickets through the approved Service Desk process. Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account coordination, device preparation, and access follow-up. Support endpoint management activities such as device provisioning, patching follow-up, software installation, and compliance checks. Assist in maintaining the IT asset inventory by updating asset records, assignment details, custody status, and stock movement. Provide basic troubleshooting support for laptops, printers, network connectivity, email, VPN, Microsoft 365, and internal tools. Follow up on Service Desk requests and incidents to ensure timely updates, proper categorization, and clear resolution notes. Support access review activities and evidence collection for governance, audit, and compliance requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works are executed in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Inspect and monitor mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems</li><li>Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams on site</li><li>Review method statements, inspection test plans (ITPs), and material submittals</li><li>Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented</li><li>Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate site records</li><li>Support quality assurance and health & safety requirements on site</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector on large-scale construction projects</li><li>Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration – mandatory</li><li>Proven experience on data centre, industrial, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, standards, and inspection procedures</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills</li></ul><p>Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.<br><br>Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
