About the Role<br>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of luxury residential projects, including high-end villas and private residences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from mobilization through handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in premium finishes, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and delivering exceptional workmanship.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-end residential construction projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation. Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical and commercial challenges. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations. Review and approve project programs, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Oversee procurement and long-lead item planning to avoid delays. Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams. Manage variations, claims, and commercial issues in coordination with the commercial team. Drive timely project close-out, testing & commissioning, snagging, and final handover.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.8–15 years of experience in construction project management. Proven track record delivering luxury villas, private residences, or premium residential developments. Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, bespoke detailing, and premium materials. Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors. Excellent planning, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining project objectives. Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar project management software is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
