Job Sope:<br>As Electrical Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, you will be leading a team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers, QA/QC Engineers and Planners to drive the implementation of Power Systems maintenance strategy.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Provide technical guidance and support to electrical maintenance teams and other departments pertaining to the maintenance of all electrical equipment including steam turbine generators, emergency diesel generators, transformers, 480V to 230k V switchgear, UPS and battery chargers, HV and LV VSD and motors to ensure high plant availability and equipment integrity. Mentor and guide the team (electrical maintenance personnel and contractors) in execution of electrical maintenance and lead personnel qualification, certification and accreditation initiatives. Provide good documentation to ensure all equipment technical records and drawings are updated to reflect the latest changes, maintenance history and PM reports are uploaded, configuration and software changes to electrical equipment are documented, archived, and backed up. Planning for Scaffolding Works Develop a clear plan for scaffolding, load analysis, block transportation/arrangement, and manpower. This position will lead the development and execution of comprehensive sustainability initiatives that align with QIC's strategic goals, focusing on environmental stewardship, community engagement, and social responsibility.<br><br>Reporting to the Director of Environment & Sustainability, this role will serve as a key liaison for environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement efforts. The Senior Manager will oversee various projects, implement innovative solutions to minimize environmental impact, and ensure that sustainability principles are integrated throughout all operations and developments.<br><br>Core Responsibilities<br><br>Develop and implement the sustainability management frameworks and programs in alignment with QIC's corporate strategies and objectives Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices Lead sustainability assessments, audits, and initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, community groups, and industry associations, to drive support for sustainability initiatives Facilitate training and awareness programs for employees on sustainability standards, practices, and compliance measures Contribute to project planning and execution processes by providing sustainability insights and recommendations to ensure best practices are followed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all stages of project development, from conception to execution Collect, analyze, and present data related to environmental impact, sustainability practices, and compliance on a regular basis Participate in the development and management of budgets for sustainability initiatives and projects Stay updated on trends, regulations, and innovations in sustainability and environmental management to inform QIC strategy<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred<br><br>Professional Certifications (if Required)<br><br>Relevant certifications such as LEED, ISO 14001, or similar are advantageous<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related field within large-scale projects or organizations Experience in the Middle East, particularly in KSA, is preferred Proven track record in implementing sustainability initiatives and managing environmental compliance A deep understanding of local and international environmental regulations and standards Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in team management and project oversight Willingness to travel as required to project sites and meetings<br><br>Benefits<br><br>Offering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
