Insurance Partnership Manager – Saudi Arabia Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Full-Time<br>We're partnering with an innovative and fast-growing health technology business to recruit an experienced Insurance Partnership Manager to drive commercial growth across the Saudi insurance market.<br>This is a senior, autonomous role responsible for building strategic partnerships with health insurers, TPAs and large corporate employers. You'll play a key role in expanding the company's presence in Saudi Arabia, positioning its preventative healthcare solutions as a proven way to reduce claims costs and improve employee health outcomes.<br>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the Saudi insurance landscape, has an established network and enjoys opening new markets.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Saudi insurance market. Build and manage relationships with health insurers, TPAs, self-insured employers and large corporate organisations. Engage with senior decision-makers including HR Directors, CFOs, Medical Directors and actuarial teams. Identify, qualify and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities. Present commercially focused business cases demonstrating measurable financial and healthcare outcomes. Negotiate and close pilot programmes, partnership agreements and long-term commercial contracts. Navigate procurement processes and healthcare regulations within Saudi Arabia. Maintain excellent CRM discipline and proactively manage your sales pipeline. Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities across the Kingdom.<br>Essential Requirements Fluent Arabic speaker. Minimum 5 years' B2B sales or partnership experience within Saudi Arabia. Existing network across health insurers, TPAs, employee benefits providers or large corporate organisations. Proven track record of closing complex enterprise sales. Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to present ROI-based business cases. Excellent relationship management, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
