JOB SUMMARY<br><br>The Projects Manager will organize, manage, and plan projects for the organizations research, development, and product implementation efforts. A project manager confers with his/her Director to understand the scope of a project. Then meets with the project team, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and accountabilities. Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. Ensures compliance with policies, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions and Ensure resource availability and allocation. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and develop project dashboard to track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Attend project coordination and owner/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Prepare report and analysis on assigned projects and shared with line manager on monthly basis or as required.
