This is a dynamic financial leadership role designed for a professional who can seamlessly manage day-to-day accounting operations while providing the strategic financial insights necessary to support a massive supply chain network, including oversight of operations across our 65 warehouses and direct factory-to-warehouse logistics workflows. You will act as the backbone of our financial reporting, guiding a dedicated team and navigating complex enterprise systems.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead and technically supervise the daily operations of the accounting team, ensuring the accuracy of all financial outputs and final journal entries. Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, expense analysis, and key financial indicators. Collaborate in preparing the annual budget, track performance against it, and analyze any financial variances. Control and manage cash flows, ensuring necessary funds are secured for payroll and project expansions. Review major vendor and supplier accounts monthly, specifically managing suppliers accounts and following up on due payments. Review bank transfers, resolve pending issues in bank reconciliations, and manage differences between warehouse and accounting software. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during account reviews and respond effectively to their observations. Prepare economic feasibility studies and funding proposals to support executive decisions. <br>Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years in a direct supervisory role. Proven track record in high-volume industries such as building materials, logistics, or B2B companies. Fluency in English and highly proficient computer skills, with an aptitude for utilizing and developing company software. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, solve problems, and implement corrective and preventive solutions. Exceptional skills in planning, financial analysis, and technical report writing.
