<p>Job Role: CRM Manager Department: Sales Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia (MODON Industrial City) Reports To: CEO / Sales Director Role Summary: The CRM Manager owns Perfect Vision's customer relationship management system and sales operations infrastructure. This role is responsible for maintaining data integrity across the client base, enabling the sales team with pipeline visibility and reporting, and driving process discipline so that leads, opportunities, and after-sales contracts (AMC) are tracked accurately from first contact to renewal.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Administer and continuously improve the CRM/pipeline system (currently spreadsheet-based, migrating toward a platform such as Odoo), including fields, stages, probability logic, and approval workflows.</li><li>Enforce data governance and access controls across the sales team, protecting client data in line with PDPL requirements.</li><li>Maintain a clean, deduplicated master client database (active, dormant, and prospect tiers) and drive reactivation of dormant accounts.</li><li>Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports covering pipeline value, win rates, rep performance, and forecast accuracy.</li><li>Build automated data models in Power BI, connecting CRM, spreadsheet, and operational data sources into a single source of truth for sales leadership.</li><li>Support commission tracking and target-setting by providing accurate contribution and closed-deal data through Power BI reporting.</li><li>Coordinate lead intake from marketing, web, tenders (Etimad), and inbound channels, ensuring timely assignment and follow-up.</li><li>Partner with Operations and Platform teams to align CRM records with delivery, installation, and AMC status.</li><li>Train sales reps on CRM usage, data entry standards, and pipeline hygiene.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.</li><li>3 5 years in CRM administration, sales operations, or a similar role, ideally in B2B technology or industrial sectors.</li><li>Strong command of CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.</li><li>Proven expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.</li><li>Understanding of Saudi data privacy (PDPL) and B2B sales cycles.</li><li>Analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and process discipline.</li><li>Fluent in Arabic and English.</li><li>Preferred Experience integrating multiple data sources into Power BI (SQL, Excel, cloud connectors).</li><li>(Bonus point): Familiarity with the safety technology, IoT, or industrial services market in KSA.</li></ul>
