In this role you will get to lead the technical performance, operational efficiency, and lifecycle management of a city-wide smart parking ecosystem within a landmark giga-project. You will support the integration of intelligent parking technologies, traffic operations, event mobility, asset maintenance, EV infrastructure, and data-driven optimization to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless parking operations across the development.</p><h2>What You'll Be Doing</h2><ul><li>Lead the day-to-day technical and operational management of city-wide parking facilities, systems, and associated mobility infrastructure.</li><li>Operate, monitor, and optimize automated Parking Guidance Systems (PGS), intelligent parking applications, and associated digital platforms.</li><li>Monitor the performance and availability of License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras, automated barriers, access control systems, digital payment systems, sensors, and parking equipment.</li><li>Coordinate the integration of parking systems with central City Operations platforms, traffic management systems, mobility applications, and digital infrastructure.</li><li>Support the operation and optimization of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across parking facilities.</li><li>Monitor parking occupancy, vehicle movements, dwell times, utilization, and traffic patterns using real-time operational data.</li><li>Analyze vehicle telemetry and parking data to identify congestion, capacity constraints, operational trends, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Optimize vehicle distribution across parking structures and facilities to improve utilization and reduce congestion.</li><li>Manage and adjust digital parking displays, Variable Message Signs (VMS), wayfinding systems, and real-time guidance information to direct vehicles efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with traffic management, mobility, security, venue, and event operations teams to develop parking and traffic strategies for major events.</li><li>Support operational planning for peak periods, special events, emergency scenarios, and high-volume traffic conditions.</li><li>Develop traffic circulation, ingress, egress, queuing, and parking management strategies to maintain safe and efficient vehicle movements.</li><li>Monitor multi-modal interfaces between parking facilities, pedestrian routes, public transport, shuttle services, ride-hailing, taxis, and other mobility services.</li><li>Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for parking systems, automated equipment, car lifts, barriers, payment equipment, and associated mechanical systems.</li><li>Conduct regular technical, structural, functional, and operational inspections of parking structures, surface lots, and supporting assets.</li><li>Monitor civil maintenance requirements, including pavement condition, road markings, striping, signage, wheel stops, safety barriers, lane layouts, and pedestrian routes.</li><li>Identify asset defects, system failures, safety concerns, and operational risks and coordinate corrective actions through appropriate maintenance teams.</li><li>Support asset lifecycle planning by monitoring condition, performance, reliability, maintenance history, and replacement requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with Facilities Management, Asset Management, ICT, Traffic Management, Security, contractors, and technology vendors to maintain parking asset availability.</li><li>Monitor contractor and vendor performance against approved Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs, maintenance requirements, and response times.</li><li>Process and analyze asset utilization data to evaluate parking demand, capacity thresholds, peak usage, and future operational requirements.</li><li>Develop parking performance indicators and dashboards covering occupancy, availability, system uptime, incidents, maintenance, and customer flow.</li><li>Benchmark parking operations and facility performance against international smart city, mobility, and parking management practices.</li><li>Provide parking analytics and operational data to the central digital City Operations hub to support integrated decision-making.</li><li>Maintain accurate operational records, inspection reports, asset data, maintenance logs, incident records, and performance reports.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, operational assessments, recommendations, presentations, and management updates.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve parking technology, operational efficiency, customer experience, sustainability, and asset performance.</li><li>Support emergency response, incident management, and business continuity activities affecting parking and mobility operations.</li><li>Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate.</li></ul><h2>What Required Skills You'll Bring</h2><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in parking engineering, traffic management, transportation operations, mobility, or related infrastructure operations.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting giga-projects, airports, smart cities, major destinations, or similarly complex operational environments.</li><li>Active membership/registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of smart parking and automated parking management About the Company<br>We are hiring an HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems within building facilities.<br>About the Role<br>This role is suitable for a technician with hands-on experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance, MEP projects. The candidate must have practical experience in building facilities, not only installation or construction work.<br>Responsibilities<br><br>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems in building facilities. Inspect HVAC systems and equipment regularly and report findings. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC mechanical and electrical faults. Work on DX and chilled water systems, including split units, packaged units, ducted split systems, VRV/VRF, AHU, FCU, CAV/VAV, and related HVAC equipment. Replace or repair HVAC controls and electronic components when required. Install or repair refrigerant lines, chilled water lines, make-up lines, and drain lines. Respond quickly to maintenance calls and resolve issues within required time. Identify required spare parts and support spare parts requests. Support testing and commissioning activities when applicable. Maintain basic maintenance records, registers, and reports. Follow all site safety procedures, PPE requirements, LOTO, isolation, risk assessment, and work permit procedures. Support supervisors and engineers in planning and completing maintenance tasks. Ensure work is completed according to project SLA and quality standards.<br>Qualifications<br>Technical diploma or certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, or related field. Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, HVAC maintenance. Must have experience in building facilities such as towers, malls, hospitals, hotels, compounds, universities, airports, commercial buildings, or large facilities. Good knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Practical experience with DX and chilled water HVAC systems. Ability to use standard HVAC tools and instruments. Ability to troubleshoot common HVAC faults. Basic knowledge of electrical safety related to HVAC maintenance. Good communication skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions. Willingness to work full-time on-site in building facilities.<br>Preferred Skills<br>Previous FM or O&M project experience. Experience with AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, split units, packaged units, chilled water systems, and ventilation systems. Knowledge of safety procedures including work permits, LOTO, isolation, PPE, and risk assessment. Ability to prepare simple maintenance reports. Basic computer skills.
