Primary Purpose:Design, optimize, and implement efficient, cost-effective, and robust manufacturing systems, bridging the gap between R&D and full-scale production, ensuring new products can be made safely, reliably, and at high quality, meeting business goals and customer needs.<br>Key Accountabilities: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Title<br><br>PSAB BOSS: Lodging Lead<br><br>Belong, Connect, Grow with KBR! <br><br>The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). These services are delivered to support the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. Additionally, the program extends its services to encompass five (5) remote Army sites within PSAB. This program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of PSAB and its associated units.<br><br>The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) Logistics (LOG) Lodging Lead will implement and maintain the lodging program and all associated tasks to include personnel accountability, occupancy checks, reporting of all occupied and reserved spaces, management of transient spaces, use of the CQMAP or equivalent automated tracking system to manage space utilization, lodging front desk operations, coordination with PERSCO as needed, lodging supply inventories, lodging furniture inventories, shift pass-down information, working collaboratively with the 378th EFSS on anticipated inbound/outbound personnel and creating plans for major rotation periods in April and October, working with Unit Lodging Reps (ULRs), and management of all personnel assigned to Lodging including other country national (OCN) personnel.<br><br>The Lodging Lead will make all room assignments in strict accordance with AFCENT and local policy that incorporates grade and gender.<br><br>Roles & Responsibilities<br><br>This position will function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U. S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required. The Lodging Coordinator will check personnel in and out utilizing workstations equipped with the CQMAP software or an equivalent CDLTS 99.9% of the time. The Lodging Coordinator will as needed occupancy checks of all Lodging facilities and vacant rooms/bed spaces, to include rooms/bed spaces from which guests were scheduled to vacate the day before, and report occupied/unoccupied bed spaces of each facility to KBR Management team. Performs other duties as assigned.<br><br>Material & Equipment Directly Used<br><br>May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions that require wear of hard hats, gloves, steel toed boots, hearing protection, safety glasses and other personal protection equipment (PPE); may be required to push, pull and lift heavy equipment. Use of Land Mobile Radios, cell phones, laptops, and other devices to maintain contact and accountability of work activities.<br><br>Working Environment<br><br>Work will be indoors and outdoors. Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals may occur. Overtime and shift work may be required depending on contractual needs as well as occasional to frequent travel. Employee must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions. Task specific work environment training may be provided. Must be prepared to function in a wartime or contingency environment to support U. S. interests.<br><br>Physical Activities<br><br>Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting, or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending. Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods of time, attending meetings, use of keyboard and mouse repetitively, lifting and carrying less than 20 lbs. frequently, etc. Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking upstairs.<br><br>Basic Qualifications<br><br>High School Diploma required two (2) years of continued education. Minimum 1 years’ work experience in customer service. Must be a U. S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License. Summary:The CSSD Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Central Sterile Supply Department, ensuring efficient processing, sterilization, and distribution of medical instruments and supplies. This role provides leadership, training, and quality oversight while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and supporting optimal patient care through sterile processing excellence.<br>Functional Responsibilities:Ensures through his actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the CARE Hospitals and Clinics.
