<p>Supervise all housekeeping activities related to public spaces, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest and staff-accessible areas, including lobbies, elevators, corridors, restrooms, entrances, driveways, outlets, spa areas, back-of-house corridors, and service elevators. Develop and manage daily task checklists and cleaning schedules for Public Area Attendants, ensuring full coverage and timely completion of assignments. Ensure readiness of all high-traffic areas during key guest arrival, dining, and event periods, maintaining a sharp focus on first impressions and high visibility areas. Provide on-the-spot coaching, reinforce brand standards, and guide team members through daily operational requirements. Ensure proper usage, care, and storage of equipment, chemicals, and housekeeping tools, with particular emphasis on safety and efficiency. Coordinate and supervise service assessments for outsourced maintenance contracts related to public spaces, including pest control, marble and wood polishing, carpet/upholstery shampooing, fa ade cleaning, and indoor plant care. Maintain updated inventories of all public area-related cleaning equipment, machinery, and consumables; flag irregularities and ensure timely replenishment. Assigning cleaning tasks and areas to housekeeping line staff and monitoring their performance. Inspecting rooms, hallways, lobbies and public areas for cleanliness and order. Conducting training sessions and cleaning methods, equipment uses, and safety procedure. Managing the stocking and ordering of cleaning supplies to ensure availability and budget compliance. Resoling any guest issues or complaints related to cleanliness in a timely and efficient manner. Preparing reports on departmental activities, staff performance, and resource utilization. Supervise and inspect housekeeping line staff, ensuring completion of daily assignments. Conduct quality inspections to uphold Faena s cleanliness, presentation, and Forbes 5-star service standards. Help develop training programs and facilitate onboarding of new team members. Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and supplies, ensuring par levels and timely restocking. Liaise with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. Support department compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage with lost & found, deep-cleaning projects, and VIP arrival preparations. <span>Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director – HSE, Heavy Lifting to lead health, safety, and environmental assurance across all crane and lifting operations at the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS) Stadium, one of Qiddiya City's flagship venues and a confirmed host for the 2034 FIFA World Cup.<br> Perched on the 200-metre Tuwaiq cliff, the stadium is being built with a fleet of over 20 tower cranes, among the tallest freestanding tower cranes deployed in the Kingdom, operating in close sequence across a constrained, cliffside footprint.<br> This presents a lifting risk profile few projects in the region can match, and the role exists to keep it under rigorous control.<br> The successful candidate will own the HSE strategy for all heavy lifting activity on site, working directly with the Management Contractor, specialist lifting subcontractors, and crane suppliers to ensure every lift, from tower crane erection through to major structural and façade element placement, is planned, permitted, and executed to the highest safety standard.<br> This is a hands-on leadership role for an HSE professional with deep, specific expertise in heavy lifting and crane operations on complex, large-scale construction projects.<br> Responsibilities Develop and implement the site-wide HSE strategy for heavy lifting operations, covering tower cranes, mobile cranes, and specialist lifting equipment across the stadium site.<br> Review and approve lift plans, method statements, and risk assessments for critical and non-standard lifts, ensuring compliance with project HSE standards and international best practice.<br> Provide technical oversight of crane erection, climbing, and dismantling operations, working closely with lifting contractors and equipment suppliers.<br> Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action for any lifting-related safety events.<br> Establish and monitor competency, certification, and training requirements for riggers, banksmen, crane operators, and lifting supervisors across all contractors on site.<br> Conduct regular site audits and inspections of lifting equipment, exclusion zones, and lifting operations, driving close-out of findings.<br> Liaise with the Management Contractor and design teams on lifting sequencing and logistics, particularly given the site's cliffside access constraints.<br> Report lifting-specific HSE performance, leading and lagging indicators, and risk exposure to senior project leadership.<br> Champion a strong safety culture across all contractors and subcontractors engaged in lifting operations on the project.<br> Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant HSE qualifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) required.<br> Minimum 12+ years of HSE experience, with a significant proportion dedicated specifically to heavy lifting and crane operations on major construction or infrastructure projects.<br> Proven track record managing lifting safety on complex, large-scale sites, with stadia, high-rise, or major infrastructure experience strongly preferred.<br> Strong working knowledge of lifting equipment standards, crane certification requirements, and lift planning methodologies.<br> Experience managing HSE compliance across multiple contractors and subcontractors on a single site.<br> Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.<br> Familiarity with international lifting and HSE standards as applied to Saudi/GCC construction environments.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">

• Receive Goods: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery notes, inspecting for damage or discrepancies.<br>

• Logistics Support: Coordinate the packing and loading of equipment for transport to event venues.<br>
• Returns Management: Process returned items from event sites, inspecting them and returning them to proper storage.<br>

• Track Stock Levels: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.<br>

• Stock Organization: Arrange, label, and identify stock items for quick retrieval.<br>
• Monitor Stock Levels: Prevent shortages or overstocking of critical materials and manage stock aging to avoid waste.<br>

• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/workshop area.<br>

We are recruiting a Commissioning Mechanical Specialist (Rotating equipment) for a large refinery commissioning project in Saudi Arabia.<br>Basic Functions:<br>The primary function of the Commissioning Rotating Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for rotating disciplines are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.<br>Main Accountabilities:<br>The main accountabilities include ensuring that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is given the highest priority, coordinating and approving the quality and completeness of deliverables, assisting Commissioning Unit leaders in witnessing and monitoring pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, reviewing pre-commissioning dossiers, and ensuring the care and maintenance of equipment by EPCC Contractor. The specialist is also responsible for monitoring all rotating equipment commissioning activities, reviewing and commenting on operational test procedures, and liaising with other teams to ensure a smooth transition from commissioning to start-up phase.<br>Qualifications:<br>The position requires an engineer level or above education, high knowledge of rotating equipment activities within a petrochemical site, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.
