Summary:We are looking for a BMS Engineer to join our team and support the execution, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of Building Management System works. Hands-on experience in BMS installation, testing, commissioning, and site supervision. Good understanding of HVAC control systems, DDC controllers, field devices, control wiring, networking, and BMS graphics. Ability to read and understand wiring drawings, shop drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, IO lists, and sequence of operation documents. Experience with major BMS platforms and Tridium is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, coordination, reporting, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently at site and follow up with multiple stakeholders until issues are closed.
