The successful candidate will play a key role in utility tie-ins, ensuring the safe integration of new facilities with existing utility networks while maintaining operational continuity and compliance with project requirements.</p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><p>Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of utility tie-ins for water, wastewater, power, instrumentation, communications, and other utility systems.</p><p>Develop tie-in packages, method statements, shutdown plans, and construction work packages.</p><p>Review engineering designs and ensure compatibility with existing utility infrastructure.</p><p>Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, construction, and contractor teams to minimize disruptions during tie-in activities.</p><p>Identify utility interface requirements and manage associated risks.</p><p>Support utility routing, network assessments, and capacity evaluations.</p><p>Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.</p><p>Participate in constructability reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments related to utility installations and tie-ins.</p><p>Resolve technical issues during construction and commissioning phases.</p><p>Maintain accurate utility records, drawings, and as-built documentation.</p><p> </p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications & Experience</b></p><p><br></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.</p><p>5+ years of experience in utility engineering within mining, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale capital projects.</p><p>Demonstrated experience planning and executing utility tie-ins and shutdown activities.</p><p>Strong understanding of utility systems, engineering standards, and construction practices.</p><p>Experience coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders in a project environment.</p><p>Knowledge of Saudi Arabian regulations and utility requirements is an asset.</p><p>Professional registration or eligibility for registration is preferre. </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
