Ensure maintaining KPI for each staff on daily basis and each staff is achieving their target. Review periodically the staff job functions and ensure that all staff within the unit is fully aware of all the processes that would facilitate job rotation. Manage and deploy staff resources in order to maximize efficiency and ensuring that Risk, Service and the Career needs of staff are properly considered. Ensure all staffs are fully trained. Where errors occur, consider how training may avoid such errors in future and ensure proper training is obtained. Staff Training: Ensure that staffs are trained on the job before they are assigned the responsibility. Staff Performance: Assess the performance of Team mates on regular basis and provide them constructive feedback to improve their performances. Identify star performers and groom them for higher responsibility. Underperformer(s) needs to be trained to improve their performance. Administration: Manage leave/performance appraisal/setting KPIs of staff etc. <br>BUSINESS EFFICIENCYManage the workflow efficiently with the resources available without compromising on the risk and services. <p>The Data Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for developing and managing data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting solutions to support organizational decision-making and performance management. The role will lead the transformation of existing Excel-based trackers and manual reporting processes into automated dashboards and analytics solutions using Power Bl and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), providing management with accurate, real-time insights and performance visibility.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Power Bl and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Transform existing Excel-based trackers, reports, and manual data processes into automated and scalable business intelligence solutions.
• Design and maintain data models, KPls, scorecards, and executive dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, project controls systems, SharePoint, Excel databases, and other business applications.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Develop automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
• Analyze business and project performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
• Support portfolio, project, financial, commercial, and operational reporting requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
• Establish reporting standards, templates, and data visualization best practices across the organization.
• Provide training and support to users on Power Bl, SAC, and reporting tools.

• 5-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Power Bl, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboard development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and enterprise reporting platforms.
• Strong experience in data integration, ETL processes, and database management.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience supporting project controls, PMO, finance, development, or portfolio management functions is preferred.

<p>Carry out all planned preventive maintenance activities, repairing and servicing all mechanical equipment and systems essential to drilling operations considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.</p><p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Troubleshooting and Repairs:</strong> Collaborates with Senior Mechanics in identifying and resolving mechanical issues by conducting tests, inspections, and troubleshooting procedures. Promptly reports any equipment damage or faults to rig supervisors. Maintain rig equipment & repair mechanical problems, faults and malfunctions in mechanical equipment and systems, utilizing diagnostic tools, equipment manuals and technical documentation to fix complex mechanical issues and implementing effective solutions to restore functionality and minimize downtime.</p><p><strong>Equipment Maintenance & Operations:</strong> Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment as per the planned maintenance schedule, and/or as directed by Senior Mechanic. Perform the maintenance, repair and servicing of mechanical equipment on the rig, including engines, generators, pumps, compressors, cranes and hydraulic systems, to ensure optimal performance of the rig. Assist in Maintaining and repairing power plants and monitor power distribution ensure power is always available. Install new equipment as per regulatory and company standards including paying attention to MOC requirements. Utilize the Maintenance System for tracking, monitoring and managing the maintenance and performance of equipment within the rig.</p><p><strong>Materials & Equipment:</strong> Maintain an adequate supply of spare parts, consumables and supplies to fulfil maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation.</p><p><strong>Rig Move:</strong> Performs related duties to prepare the rig for towing, ensure all mechanical equipment is correctly secured maintaining the integrity and reliability of the mechanical systems and equipment throughout prior, during and after the rig move.</p><p><strong>Housekeeping:</strong> Ensures that workshops and machinery spaces are clean and organized, free of hazards prior to & upon completion of the work tasks, or repairs. Disposes debris as per the company s hazardous material segregations policy and as per waste management policy taking into consideration the environmental & safety aspects.</p><p><strong>Client Management:</strong> Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments, third party personnel and Client Representatives.</p><p><strong>Reporting & Documentation:</strong> Record and report all mechanical maintenance activities, equipment inspections, repairs and spare parts inventory in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Comply with the permit to work and isolation systems.</p><p><strong>People Management:</strong> Develop and train Motorman and provide clear instructions regarding their duties, responsibilities and any necessary safety precautions prior to commencing work.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> Formal training as mechanic in the form of a multi-year apprenticeship / training program is preferred. Time served in the oil field as mechanic with relevant training certificates and references may be accepted in place of apprenticeship. Minimum five (2) years of working experience in the mechanical field in drilling and workover operations. Preferred to have working experience on Offshore rigs.</p><p><strong>Skills/Competencies Required:</strong> Fluent in the English language (Spoken & Written). PC literate in Microsoft Office. Situation Awareness, Communication, Teamwork, details oriented, Problem Solving.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> Rarely climbing (stairs, ladders). Rarely bending, twisting and standing. Ability to work outdoors under all extreme weather conditions (Noise / Humidity / Cold / Heat). Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
