Monitors testing activities including concrete, steel, soil, waterproofing, façade, fireproofing, and MEP systems testing. Reviews commissioning documentation and participates in pre-handover, snagging, and final acceptance inspections. Provides technical guidance and mentoring to QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and site teams. Assists in developing quality training programs, quality awareness initiatives, and lessons learned exercises.
