<li>Inspect sites regularly and conduct surveys on accident-prone areas for compliance with safe working procedures and standards.</li>
<li>Conduct investigation of minor incidents independently or major incidents as part of an investigation team.</li>
<li>Brief team members on safety procedures and systems related to the accident, carries out the root cause analysis, and drafts the investigation report for review by management.</li>
<li>Assist with the development of the awareness and training programs designed to instruct employees on Process safety issues.</li>
<li>Make recommendations on and implements the department policies, and procedures covering all areas of department activity to ensure the delivery of a quality, cost-effective service to internal customers.</li>
<li>Provide coaching to colleagues and shares technical expertise with peers to promote team work and cooperation within the department and with other departments.</li>
