<li><span>10+ experience in agricultural engineering, preferably in construction supervision projects.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong knowledge of soil science, water management, and irrigation systems.</span></li>
<li><span>Familiarity with environmental sustainability practices in agriculture.</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.</span></li>
<li><span>Certification or licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus.</span></li>
