<p>Plan, direct, co-ordinate, and control the operation &amp; maintenance work covering 5 Departments such as Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection &amp; Housekeeping. Manage the operation &amp; maintenance of 49-Story High Rise Building with LV switchgear system, Generator, FACP, Fire Protection System, Chillers, HVAC, FAHU, AHU, FCU, Swimming pool, RO Plant &amp; STP. Execute the repair and preventive maintenance in accordance with PMI s. Perform monthly Generator test with load to ensure their effectiveness during emergency shutdown. Perform monthly wet &amp; deluge Fire Protection system ensuring their readiness in case of Fire. Keeping to the control budget within the objectives established for the O &amp; M project. Interface closely with client management representative. Liaise with contractors concerning MAP Projects Maintain a Warehouse for critical spare part (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection &amp; Auto-parts). Conduct Tool Box meeting on weekly basis (HSE PPE). Review and approved materials requisition and OT request prior to execution. Submit monthly report to management and client.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Graduate of 4-5 years Technical/Engineering Courses. At least minimum of 5 years experience in review, implementation and improvement of construction and operational procedure. Knowledge in Facility Engineering, building codes and regulation s. Strong understanding of facility design and constructions .</p>
