Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze whether issues originate from configuration, code defects, customer environments, or multiple factors. Working knowledge of C#/. NET, with the ability to read, debug, and modify production-level code. Familiarity with React, Type Script, or Java Script. Comfortable working with SQL and relational databases. Experience using development tools such as Visual Studio or VS Code. Ability to analyze logs, trace errors, and systematically investigate complex technical problems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with customers and documenting technical information. Ability to remain calm and organized when managing multiple customer issues simultaneously. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to follow through and ensure issues are resolved. Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and asking for support when appropriate. Willingness to complete background checks required for access to customer environments. The Senior Material Engineer works closely with consultants, statutory authorities, suppliers, and project teams to ensure that all materials meet the required technical and quality standards and receive the necessary approvals. Key Responsibilities Oversee all activities related to material testing, inspection, and certification. Ensure full compliance of materials with project specifications, international codes, standards, and applicable legal requirements. <p>JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE </p><br><p>The Production Engineer, Welding coordinates and supports all welding and construction activities for new rig builds, including work pack preparation, daily job planning, and cross-departmental interfacing to ensure</p><br><p> safe and timely project completion.</p><br><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p>• Assist with the construction day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with project specification and budget. </p><br><p>• Supervise and lead a team of welding workers and supervisors in ensuring all welding activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. </p><br><p>• Assist in PQR and WQT for the project by communication with all related stakeholders. • Ensure pre and post heating requirements are carried out based on material thickness, grade, and requirements. </p><br><p>• Carry out inspections as well as resolving and monitoring welding and rectification works. • Ensure inventory of consumables is always maintained at required level. </p><br><p>• Study construction drawings and plan welding sequence in conjunction with KPI plan </p><br><p>• Facilitate weekly schedule coordination meetings with all subcontractor foremen to outline requirements of work completion, and other issues as may be required including but not limited to manpower</p><br><p> requirements, interference coordination, inspections, and sequence of work. Distribute three-week look ahead schedules and communicate schedule requirements with all subcontractors. </p><br><p>• Maintain a high-level control around the cost of all construction consumables and equipment utilized during the construction works. </p><br><p>• Implement, monitor, and drive the project schedule. Promptly notify management team of schedule and performance issues, be proactive in anticipating potential problems that may impact the project performance.</p><br><p> • Ensure that HSEQ regulations and rig building job certifications are communicated to the project team on a regular basis. </p><br><p>• Identify the work priorities, focus on the critical path, analyze the work problems in writing with own problem-solving mentality, accurate supervision, decision-maker with a strong convincing personality, full</p><br><p> readiness with 'Plan B' for any unexpected issues. • Oversee delivery of all Inspection Test Records (ITR’s) under the relevant discipline by effectively delegating to the foreman and chargehands. Position Overview The NOC Engineer (Service Assurance) is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and ensuring the stability of satellite connectivity across signaling, routing, SIM provisioning, OSS integrations, and core network interactions. This role handles alarms, validates routing behavior, diagnoses signaling and gateway/core issues, and coordinates closely with partner NOCs to maintain high availability across commercial and beta grade connectivity flows. Reporting to the Service Assurance Manager, the NOC Engineer plays a critical role in 24/7 operational continuity and rapid incident response.<br>Key Responsibilities Network Monitoring & Event Handling· Monitor signaling pathways, routing behavior, SIM flows, OSS hooks, and cross core interactions impacting satellite service.· Detect, acknowledge, and triage alarms from monitoring platforms, ensuring rapid response and detailed logging.· Escalate anomalies based on severity, impact, and operational thresholds.<br>Incident Diagnosis & Troubleshooting· Validate routing tables, signaling transactions, and core network behavior during faults or degradation events.· Diagnose issues across gateway, core, OSS, and cross domain integrations affecting service connectivity.· Perform detailed event analysis, correlate logs, and support root cause investigations with engineering teams.<br>Partner NOC Coordination· Serve as the operational interface with partner NOCs across incident handling, alarm correlation, and workflow alignment.· Coordinate multi party triage calls, share logs and findings, and ensure timely tracking and closure of partner linked issues.· Maintain consistent communication loops and follow defined escalation paths. Service Flow Validation & Operational Compliance· Ensure signaling and routing flows remain compliant across commercial and beta grade service classes.· Perform periodic checks on SIM provisioning paths, authentication flows, and connectivity stability.· Validate OSS integration points, alarms, KPIs, and data hooks supporting service assurance visibility.<br>Operational Readiness & Continuous Improvement· Contribute to playbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for core/gateway/OSS interactions.· Support readiness for new services, partner integrations, and routing changes by conducting pre launch validation tests.· Provide feedback on monitoring thresholds, dashboards, and workflow improvements to enhance detection and response.<br>Reporting & Documentation· Maintain accurate logs, incident records, and ticket updates for internal and external teams.· Provide shift handover summaries, incident reports, and RCA inputs when needed.· Track recurring issues and propose remediation actions to service assurance leadership.<br>Qualifications Education· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related technical field.· Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS) or telecom operations are advantageous. Experience· 2–5 years in NOC operations, telecom monitoring, satellite operations, or core network support.· Experience working with signaling flows, routing tables, authentication paths, or mobile core elements.· Hands on exposure to multi vendor NOC operations, incident workflows, and partner escalations.
