<li>Negotiate for the best purchase conditions, considering required specifications, delivery time, and cost elements (lower price, best delivery date, best Incoterm/payment term).</li>

<p>Materials and Specifications Management:</p><br>

<li>Initiate alternative material specifications according to market availability with the involvement of related BU technical teams.</li>
<li>Compare quotations based on the approved comparison form, considering the best commercial (landed cost) and delivery terms.</li>
<li>Identify selected suppliers with the involvement of BU-related technical teams/requesters (if required) and issue Purchase Orders (POs) on the system to the winning supplier based on winner criteria.</li>

<p>Purchase Order Management:</p><br>

<li>Ensure the PO has all required attached documents (Quotations, communications, etc.).</li>
<li>Follow the Alfanar PO approval matrix to obtain the final approved order.</li>
<li>Send approved purchase orders to suppliers and follow up to receive order acknowledgment.</li>
<li>Follow the PO delivery schedule with suppliers and related departments (Inbound Logistics) until materials arrive and the order is closed by paying the supplier.</li>
