<p >This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working on projects that span renewables, emerging energy sectors, and offshore Oil & Gas, contributing to a global team of industry experts.</p>
Role Purpose:To lead quality engineering practices and ensure implementation of quality assurance and control standards under the direction of the QHSE Director for delivering compliant, high-quality products and projects while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.<br><br>Key Accountabilities:Quality Assurance Framework Develop and implement QA frameworks to ensure adherence to quality standards<br>Quality Control & Inspection Oversee QC activities to ensure products and projects meet specifications<br>Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance<br>Non-Conformance Management Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective/preventive actions<br>Supplier Quality Manager Monitor supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with standards<br>Quality Audits & Comp Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards<br>Risk Management Identify quality risks and implement mitigation actions to protect the project outcomes<br>Job Specifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in quality engineering or QA/QC roles, with strong expertise in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement in project or manufacturing environments Professional certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma) are advantageous
