<p>WE are looking for a highly experienced Senior MS SQL &amp; Oracle Database Engineer to manage and support critical database infrastructure within a banking environment. The ideal candidate must have strong banking experience and extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases , including on-premises clustering, replication, Disaster Recovery (DR), advanced troubleshooting, and SQL query performance tuning. Key Responsibilities Administer and support MS SQL Server and Oracle databases in a critical banking environment. Manage and maintain on-premises MS SQL and Oracle database clusters . Configure and support database clustering, replication, and DR environments . Support database replication between primary production environments and DR sites . Troubleshoot complex database availability, performance, and connectivity issues. Perform advanced troubleshooting and fine-tuning of MS SQL queries . Analyze query execution and identify performance bottlenecks. Ensure database environments maintain high availability and operational reliability. Support database-related incidents and perform root-cause analysis. Work closely with infrastructure, application, network, and other technical teams to resolve database issues. Support database maintenance and operational activities in accordance with banking requirements.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>10+ years of total IT experience.
