المسؤوليات:إعداد هيكل تقسيم العمل للمشاريع (WBS) والجداول الزمنية الأساسية المعتمدة (Baseline Schedules).إعداد ومتابعة وتحديث الجداول الزمنية وخطط المشاريع باستخدام برنامج Primavera.إعداد تقارير عالية المستوى عن تقدم وأداء المشاريع للإدارة التنفيذية باستخدام Power BI.إجراء تحليلات منحنيات S-Curve وتحميل الموارد والقوى العاملة.متابعة وضبط تكاليف المشاريع وضمان توافقها مع الميزانيات المعتمدة.متابعة تقدم المشاريع مقارنة بالخطط الأساسية، وتحديد الانحرافات وإجراء تحليلات التأخير.دعم عمليات تحديد المخاطر ووضع خطط الحد منها ومعالجتها.اقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة لتجنب التأخيرات وتجاوز التكاليف.المساهمة في إعداد الجداول الزمنية الخاصة بالمناقصات والعطاءات عند الحاجة.التنسيق مع فرق المشاريع لضمان الالتزام بالمستهدفات الزمنية والمالية.<br>المتطلبات:خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التخطيط ضمن مشاريع التطوير العقاري.إجادة متقدمة لبرنامجي Primavera وPower BI.يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في العمل لدى شركات التطوير العقاري.معرفة شاملة بمراحل التطوير العقاري، بدءًا من مرحلة الفكرة والتخطيط وحتى اكتمال المشروع وتسليمه.يفضل الحصول على إحدى الشهادات التالية: PMP، PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional)، PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional)، أو PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional).إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابةً.الوظيفة متاحة للرجال والنساء.للمتقدمين غير السعوديين: يشترط وجود إقامة سارية وقابلة لنقل الكفالة.القدرة على المباشرة الفورية أو خلال فترة قصيرة.<br><br>طريقة التقديم:يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية على البريد الإلكتروني التالي:F.aldasem@badie.sa<br>مع ضرورة كتابة المسمى الوظيفي (مهندس تخطيط) في عنوان البريد الإلكتروني (Subject)، حيث لن يتم النظر في الطلبات التي لا يتطابق عنوانها مع المسمى الوظيفي المعلن.
