<p><strong>Job purpose:</strong></p><p>Lead and execute Integrated Logistics Support and in-service product-support engineering activities for high-visibility military vehicle and weapon-system MRO programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</p><p>The role is responsible for FRACAS, reliability and maintainability analysis, obsolescence and DMSMS monitoring, maintenance planning, and defining the spares and support equipment needed to sustain operational availability.</p><p>Convert operational and maintenance evidence into practical technical recommendations and ILS documentation aligned with customer doctrine, contractual requirements, applicable Saudi defence requirements and recognised international standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Define and implement maintenance concepts, maintenance-task analysis and level-of-repair requirements aligned with customer doctrine, contractual requirements and MRO workflows.</li><li>Define and optimise spare-parts packages, special tools, test equipment and workshop support equipment for each platform variant and applicable maintenance level.</li><li>Establish and operate a closed-loop FRACAS process covering failure reporting, screening, root-cause investigation, corrective action, effectiveness verification and formal closure.</li><li>Analyse operational and maintenance data to monitor reliability, maintainability, operational availability, recurring failures and equipment downtime, and recommend evidence-based improvements.</li><li>Manage proactive obsolescence and DMSMS monitoring, including risk assessment and mitigation through alternate sourcing, repair development, lifetime buy, reverse engineering or redesign, as technically and commercially appropriate.</li></ol><p>Develop and maintain ILS deliverables and technical documentation, coordinating with maintenance teams, engineering specialists, OEMs, Procurement, Quality, Legal and customer representatives to implement sustainment solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum requirements of role:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.</li><li>Demonstrated hands-on experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Product Support Analysis, FRACAS, reliability, maintainability and obsolescence management for complex systems.</li><li>Working knowledge of applicable and contractually invoked standards, including MIL-HDBK-502A, MIL-HDBK-2155, SAE GEIA-STD-0007, IEC 62402, IEC 60812 and SAE GEIA-STD-0009.</li><li>Experience in failure investigation, root-cause analysis, FMEA/FMECA and maintenance-data trending using measures such as MTBF, MTTR, recurring failure, downtime, and operational availability.</li><li>Knowledge of maintenance-task analysis, LORA, RCM, spares analysis, technical manuals, drawings and maintenance records, with competence in CMMS/ERP data and analytical tools such as Excel or Power BI.</li><li>Minimum of five years' relevant experience in ILS, Product Support Analysis, reliability, maintainability or MRO engineering, with at least two years in a defence, military vehicle, weapon-system or similarly complex safety-critical environment.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, attention to detail and sound technical judgement.</li><li>Eligible for the security clearance and site-access requirements applicable to Saudi defence facilities.</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination and negotiation skills.</li><li>Able to work independently within multidisciplinary teams, prioritise multiple cases, meet target dates, and work in office, workshop and field environments, including travel to customer or operational sites when required.</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</b></p><p><br></p><p>Lead the technical-office review and coordination of golf-course shaping, landscape, agronomy, architectural and interior-fit-out packages. Review golf grading plans, digital terrain and contour models, fairway profiles, greens, tees, bunker geometry, cart paths and landscape levels against the approved master golf layout. Evaluate rootzone profiles, drainage layers, gravel blankets, bunker sands and other specialist golf-construction materials against applicable USGA recommendations and project specifications. Review soil-physics and agronomy laboratory reports, including particle-size distribution, infiltration, permeability, porosity, organic content, salinity and compatibility results. Review landscape planting plans, schedules, details and specifications for suitability under Riyadh s climate, water availability and maintenance conditions. Evaluate nursery submissions, plant samples, certified turfgrass varieties, soil conditioners, fertilizers, mulches and desert-adapted planting materials. Verify the suitability of Paspalum, Bermuda and other proposed turf varieties for the intended playing surfaces, irrigation-water quality and environmental conditions. Review and recommend approval of clubhouse and support-building architectural shop drawings, interior fit-out packages, fa ade systems, finishes, doors, ceilings and related material submittals. Coordinate architectural and landscape interfaces with civil grading, irrigation, drainage, lake structures, retaining elements, utilities, lighting and MEP systems. Provide technically justified responses to contractor RFIs concerning grading, landscape-to-civil interfaces, cart-path geometry, lake edges, architectural details and material substitutions. Review contractor method statements for earth shaping, rootzone placement, turf establishment, grow-in, bunker construction and lining, planting and specialist architectural finishes. Assess contractor design alternatives, value-engineering proposals, mock-ups and samples for compliance with the approved design intent and performance requirements. Monitor technical submissions, review cycles, resubmissions and outstanding decisions and identify issues that may affect construction progress or quality. Review redline markups, as-built drawings, landscape records, planting schedules, material warranties and architectural closeout documentation before final acceptance.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or another closely related discipline from an accredited university. Minimum 20 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, architectural technical-office engineering and design management. Demonstrated experience on major landscape, resort, hospitality, leisure or master-development projects. Extensive technical experience involving championship or international-standard golf-course design and construction. Strong knowledge of golf-course shaping, grading, drainage, greens construction, bunker profiles and turfgrass establishment. Practical understanding of applicable USGA recommendations for greens, rootzones, drainage aggregates and specialist golf materials. Experience reviewing architectural shop drawings, interior fit-out packages, fa ade submissions and high-quality finishes. Strong experience evaluating laboratory reports, material submissions, mock-ups, samples and contractor method statements. Ability to coordinate landscape and architectural designs with civil, structural, irrigation, electrical and mechanical disciplines. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Land F/X, Adobe Photoshop and BIM/Revit workflows. Strong technical reporting, design-review, coordination and problem-solving skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.</p>
