Job Requirements Develop and implement M&V plans for energy savings performance contracting (ESPC) projects at various facilities. Analyze and normalize utility data using linear regressions and other analyses. Supervise baseline and Pre / post-installation data collection, including trend data from building automation systems, field measurements, data loggers, and performance tests.
