<li><span>Design and install power distribution networks and systems to provide power for sites or individual projects in the most cost effective energy efficient manner.</span></li>
<li><span>Liaise with the Construction Projects and Site Manager on the provision of services for any new projects to ensure that all deadlines and targets agreed between them and Div. Engineering Mgr. are met.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure all installation work meets 16th Edition Standards of the Institute of Electrical Engineers to meet desired standard. </span></li>
<li><span>Manage the development and training of his subordinates through internal or external courses to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to install all equipment and utility services required by the Farming Division.</span></li>
<li><span>Ensure that all personnel involved in electrical installation are operating within the standards as outlined in the Almarai Health & Safety Manual to provide a safe work environment for all employees.</span></li>
<li><span>Liaise with the Div. CAD Engineer to maintain an up to date folio of as built drawings of all electrical installations.</span></li>
<li><span>Monitor costs against budget and highlight any variances or potential variances and agree corrective action with the Projects Manager and Divisional Engineering Manager.</span></li>
