The role is responsible and accountable for the operation of utility assets, including power plants, transmission lines, distribution systems, substations, DERs, and BESS. Provide input, review and management of Labour forecasts to ensure the manpower is practical for assigned works and not exceeded for the works once agreed. Notify the Construction Manager of any impediment to planned works, e.g., Access issues, material, equipment, etc. Track and notify the Construction Manager of subcontractor performance and any impediment to their works. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining electrical systems, repairing faults, and developing them to ensure the feed mill operates safely and efficiently.</li><li><h3><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></h3></li><li><strong>Maintenance:</strong> Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment.</li><li><strong>Fault repair:</strong> Diagnose and repair electrical faults and minimize equipment downtime.</li><li><strong>System maintenance:</strong> Maintain and repair motors, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), control panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.</li><li><strong>Performance monitoring:</strong> Monitor and improve the performance of feed mill machines and equipment.</li><li><strong>Safety compliance:</strong> Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.</li><li><strong>Internal coordination:</strong> Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to achieve defined production goals.</li><li><strong>Maintenance management:</strong> Prepare maintenance schedules and keep accurate records of all maintenance work.</li><li><strong>Supervision:</strong> Supervise electricians and contractors when needed.</li><li><strong>Installation and operation:</strong> Participate in the installation, operation, and testing of new equipment.</li><li><strong>Spare parts:</strong> Ensure availability of vital and necessary electrical spare parts.</li><li><strong>Fault analysis:</strong> Analyze repetitive equipment faults and apply root-cause and permanent solutions.</li><li><strong>Continuous development:</strong> Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability.</li><li><h3><strong>Required qualifications:</strong></h3></li><li><strong>Educational qualification:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3 to 5 years of experience in <strong>feed mills</strong> (mandatory).</li><li><strong>Technical knowledge:</strong> Strong knowledge of equipment (PLCs, VFDs, MCCs, SCADA), motors, sensors, and industrial automation systems.</li><li><strong>Equipment experience:</strong> Experience handling feed mill equipment such as: hammer mills, pellet mills, mixers, conveying systems, bucket elevators (vertical and inclined), and packaging systems.</li><li><strong>Reading drawings:</strong> Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics.</li><li><strong>Problem-solving:</strong> Excellent fault-finding and root-cause analysis skills.</li><li><strong>Software:</strong> Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).</li><li><strong>Soft skills:</strong> Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li><strong>Work arrangement:</strong> Ability to work under pressure and in shifts if required.</li><li><h3><strong>Preferred skills:</strong></h3></li><li>Experience with automation systems from Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, or ABB.</li><li>Knowledge of energy management and power quality.</li><li>Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Familiarity with international electrical standards and safety regulations.</li><li><h3><strong>Job benefits:</strong></h3></li><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Accommodation provided.</li><li>Transportation provided.</li><li>Health insurance.</li><li>Annual leave and air ticket according to Saudi labor law.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a leading company in the feed mills field.</li><li><blockquote><p><strong>Note:</strong> Applications will be considered only from candidates with relevant experience in <strong>feed mills</strong>.</p></blockquote></li></ul>

Electrical Engineer with experience to join the supervising consulting team in implementing a security systems development project in Dammam. The job holder will be responsible for supervising and inspecting electrical works, reviewing drawings and technical documents, monitoring quality of implementation, coordinating with various disciplines, and participating in tests and commissioning. Tasks and responsibilities: • Supervise electrical works on site and monitor their execution. • Review electrical drawings and IFC drawings and technical specifications. • Review Method Statements and ITPs Installation Procedures for electrical works. • Review electrical materials, equipment, and related technical documents. • Inspect electrical materials and equipment arriving on site and ensure they comply with specifications. • Ensure that executed works conform to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Review RFI inspection requests and technical inquiries. • Track discrepancies between approved drawings and site actuals and request and review Redline Drawings when needed. • Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and security systems works. • Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. • Review As-Built drawings and operation and maintenance documents and related certificates. • Participate in handover activities and close Punch List. • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly technical reports. Qualifications and experience: • BSc in Electrical Engineering. • Relevant experience in supervising electrical works implementation. • Experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, or security systems projects. • Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning works. • Knowledge of related electrical codes and standards. • Experience working at a consulting office or supervising projects is a plus. • Ability to work as a site resident engineer.
